Q: 12.5 inches tall seems incredibly short and very unlike what is shown in the pictures. Does that include the legs????

A: The 12.5" measurement is absolutely incorrect. I purchased this ottoman. It measures 16" from the floor (with legs on) to the top seam on the ottoman, with about another 3/4" to 1" of padding on top

Q: How sturdy is this? How much weight can it hold if someone sits on it?

A: I can’t find the answer listed anywhere on the box but it is very sturdy and seems like it can hold much more than the 100 lb answer an associate of Target gave you. My husband and I can sit on it with no problem and we’re both 200+ lbs.

A: Yes, you have to screw on the legs to setup the ottoman so you could just decide to leave them off.

A: The cushion, without the legs, is 12.5” tall. With the legs, the ottoman is 16” tall overall.

Didnt even hold up 6 months
Color is off more of brown than rust orange like it shows online. Also one to the legs already broke off. The threading inside the leg that screws in to the base cracked and lost its integrity. It’s only 5 or 6 months old. Big expensive waste. Thinking of taking back store or seeing if I can replace all the legs with new ones. Cheap quality and didn’t hold up around my kids leaning on it.

The measurements are WRONG
The ottoman is nice but the description and the Q&A both say it is 24 inches deep. But if you looked at the photos and thought it looked bigger than that, trust yourself and not Target’s description. It is actually 34 inches deep, which is a huge difference. I live in NYC so I now have to pay UPS to do a pickup for the return because I can’t get this huge box to a return center. Major disappointment all around.

Not true color
It’s definitely not the same color shown on the pictures and the dimensions are not accurate as listed. The color is darker and it’s a brown not the orangey as shown in the picture. It’s still really nice but not what I was expecting. I went by the color, unfortunately I don’t have the time to return so I’ll be keeping it.

If you live in a glass house then it’s perfect. It’s beautiful from far away, but very lightweight for the price and I’ve only had it a week and it hasn’t stood up to my animals at all. If you have any animals of any kind stay away from this. Pretty disappointed, but I’m not going to pay to return it. I should have went with my gut and waited to find something more substantial because this is not it. It’s also terracotta which based on the reviews I knew and the color is pretty.

The color is better than expected -I was a little worried based on one of the reviews that said it was more blush than rust. Very happy so far. Both ottomans ordered had defects
When I received this ottoman it had a defect in the fabric (see photo) so I returned it, the process of which has been a challenge to say the least. Target received return on July 12 and as of July 29 has still not credited me. I ordered a second ottoman only to see the same defect only much lighter so I decided to keep it given the hassle of the first return and that I liked the item. The dimensions in the listing are also incorrect, the width is 34" not 24" and the Height is about 16" not 12.5.

Big Bummer
The width and height are advertised as 24" w x 12.5" h but that is incorrect. It's about 34" w x 15" h. Unfortunately, those two measurements were the selling point for me so the item doesn't work for me now. Also, the color is more of a blush/chili color, would not call it a true rust. On a good note, it's well made and is a quality piece especially at the price mark.

My order just arrived and it is absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The color is less orange and more brown in person (which is what I prefer). The description also lists it as 12.5” high but I think it may not include the legs, when I measure from the floor to the top it’s 16 inches.
