Not received.. horrible customer service. It was delivered by same-day delivery and they swear up and down it was successfully delivered.

Both controllers toggles have failed. Optics is blurry. The quality is just bad.

The hand controls stopped pairing and working within two weeks of using. Very disappointed.

My son got this for Christmas. After owning it for several months we still enjoy using it often! My son can be hard on electronics and this has been durable!

Trash product!! Warranty is literately non-existent. They will push you away and not give you a replacement on purpose. So be ready to simply throw away and give them $300 Product is trash. Bought in Nov 2024, it’s end of April and it’s already defective. Meta support won’t give me a replacement due to “companies limited resources” can you believe that. It’s unbelievable it’s an item that cost over $300 how is there no decent replacements. Doesn’t turn on, doesn’t charge, my kid is out of his bday present thanks to their crappy item and customer service support.

I purchased this for my grandchildren ages 7 & 8. They absolutely love it.

Difficulty access promotional items calling number to support is a waste of my time bo answers...call meta...call target....phone tree has dead ends. No email app or vr code for free trial and game. Bull

We just got this last night and my son can’t see anybody else playing the game. We have tried everything to fix it, but it won’t connect to others. So returning. Anybody else have this issue?

If you want smt to relax ur head while you have fun and chill and play this will be perfect to buy plus it's 299$ only vrs are 488$ so this is a nice cheap vr

I broke my hand using it

One of my favorite aspects is how comfortable it is to wear, even for extended periods. I can easily get lost in exploring new worlds, whether I'm on an exhilarating adventure or just hanging out with friends in a virtual space. The tracking is also impressive—moving around feels natural, and I don’t have to worry about hitting walls or obstacles. What really got me excited was the ability to switch between VR and AR experiences. It opens up so many possibilities. I love the idea of bringing digital elements into my real world, whether it's for gaming, creativity, or socializing. Overall, the Meta Quest 3 has made my VR experiences richer and more engaging, and I can’t wait to see what new adventures await!

The lenses on the meta 3s are so blurry. It looks horrible and just not worth the money.

Poor functioning, remotes have delayed response, games are difficult to load, dust collector. Save your money.

Highly recommended. Great for Netflix, surfing the web for research while listening to Amazon music. Connected to my Windows laptop to transfer movies, including 3D movies. 3D movies are great. I paid $9.99 for Skybox VR app through Meta Quest store for immersive movie viewing. YouTube app is very nice, and can narrow search down to 3D and 4k videos (4k look better even though Quest 3s is only Full HD.) I got the X Box Game Pass and figured out how to set up the controller (look at one of the recent Game Pass reviews in the Quest store for help on controller set up!) I ordered the Anker Soundcore VR P10 earbuds new, in open box, for $48 from eBay and they are amazing! No audio lag with the little USB C dongle, easy setup, great sound! Also ordered an elite halo strap from AliExpress to replace the OEM strap and it makes a world of difference. There are plenty of good games in the Quest store, just do a Google search for top rated games that are good for people who get motion sickness... The games Moss and Moss II are adorable, immersive, entertaining and often on sale. They are highly rated too! Walkabout Mom Golf is great as well. Just get on Reddit to get more info on games and features! I used my target circle card to get an additional 5% off so I saved $15. There is an issue with the serial number on the box not matching the headset so be aware of that if you want to return it. Though you can return it through Meta a well, no problem. The reviews mentioning incompatibility with their "original" controllers means they most likely are trying to use with quest pro controllers which don't work with the new 3s or 3 headset. Overall very very pleased. Just do your research into what games and other options exist. There's a niche for everyone. I've even used three 3s to watch movies in a beach chair at the beach near where i live, with the passthrough function. Looks like a giant screen floating over the ocean, with the cool breeze coming on. It's awesome!

I got one from City Target in San Francisco, the serial number in the number and the serial number in the device itself aren’t matching, unable to return! The control’s aren’t working, the meta function isn’t responding.

Fun to play. For older adults, it can make you very motion sick. I absolutely cannot play the roller coaster game, it makes me very sick after 10 seconds. Multiple family members agree, age ranges 24-32 have gotten motion sickness very quickly. My 8 year old loves it but we limit play time because most of the games are very intense. Depending on the game you play you will end up sweating.

I got one of these for Christmas. It's fun to play, but the list of available games for the Meta Quest is currently somewhat limited. They also make it very difficult to install 3rd party apps on the device itself. You can connect it to your PC to get around this somewhat, but the list of PC games that work well with the Meta Quest is even smaller than what's available on the device. If you're used to being able to go to somewhere like Steam or the Epic Games Store to find a bunch of extra game options, you're going to be disappointed.
