Metal Rolling Locker Dorm Storage Cabinet with Lock- Room Essentials™

I thought this pink locker was the cutest thing! On sale for $45, I bought it for my paints and supplies. The box of hardware was loose inside, not secured to anything, so I can see how some would be missing their hardware. Some probably helped themselves to an extra shelf and hardware. That’s a bummer. The wrench included is to level the casters. I love how it is on casters to move easily around and lockable. This has a little weight to it and when filled it’s heavy.

It's cute but it came with one half of the holes misaligned and it made it impossible to put together. I've had to leave out 4 screws to make it look like the photo. It took 2 hours and that's annoying...

We purchased already assemembled in store but as others have mentioend they left out the shelf holder/bracket pieces out so that you are able to put thr shelf in properly. It seems they did it with every single one as well. Hoepfully they fix this issue or just stop assembling them if they dont know what they're doing.

No issues with assembly. Some of the bolts had to be inserted at a slight angle, but keeping everything loose until the final step was a great tip. The locker was wobbly after assembly, but once we adjusted the casters, it was level. 1/2 keys work. No issues with shelf installation. This did take 2 people to assemble (one to hold the piece and the other to insert/tighten the bolts with the provided tool). The bolts were shorter as well, so having an extra set of hands really helped with this. You can see in the picture a paint run on the door and a small chip in the paint (upper left). It was packaged very well, so those were missed in QC. Also, note that the casters are sub-par. Unless you have it against a wall, the casters aren’t strong enough to keep it from moving. We will likely replace all the casters at some point.

Was very difficult to put together and then once I got to the last step of putting in the shelf, the shelf didn’t fit. The door also leaves a huge gap on the side and the lock barely latches.

I tried to purchase one from every store and in every store it came already assembled but without the metal clips to hold the shelf . Do not recommend.

I like that they wrapped and packaged everything individually and carefully although it had a few little dents. The color is beautiful and I love the space. It can be a little challenging to put together but once we got it everything lined up as it should. I’m excited to use this in my classroom!

I ordered it online and did in store pick up. The locker was already assembled, was scratched, dented , missing the inside shelf and the keys for the lock.

anyone who says the holes don’t line up has to be screwing each screw tight before they stick the others in, which you obviously shouldn’t do with anything you’re building. this took me one episode of brooklyn 99 and i was distracted from building the entire time. my hesitation with it is the door is a bit flimsy. everything else is sturdy but the actual swinging door. it locks and you can’t pull it open without bending and excessive force so i think it does its job. it fits my large work bag comfortably and i can slide it right under the desk.

Assembled properly and according to instructions but door misaligned so can’t close, holes on one corner did not align so can’t put screws in. Definitely manufacturer defect.

Didn’t even have to assemble and still came broken! Shelf has no hooks to sit on, a wheel was completely bent. Definitely not worth the cost.

Definitely would not recommend due to misaligned holes. Major gaps when fully assembled.

i don’t know why there are so many reviews on how this locker was awful to put together, i thought it wasn’t so bad! it took about an hour and is the cutest addition to my apartment! i love the blue color and would love to get another in pink!

Holes were not aligned, Bracket for the hole broke off. Read the reviews! Returning asap.

almost all of the holes were misaligned. I even took my time and didn’t screw everything tight until the end. I took it apart and tried again. The door sits crooked. I’d return it but it’s not worth my gas money to drive back to the store LOL. Thankfully I purchased it discounted but honestly still not even worth $42. Sucks because this is the first time i’ve been disappointed with furniture from target

I have built many cheap furniture items, but this was the worst. The holes for the screws do not align properly and the last few weren’t even large enough for the screws. I managed to put the locker together but could not screw on the locker door at all. The paint job on the locker was also very delicate. Scuffed up some parts of the locker despite handling it carefully and placing a soft blanket down to work on. Took me three hours before I finally gave up (normally takes me 30-45 min max to put together small furniture). Definitely sad because I was looking forward to having a cute little locker! Thankfully I called Target regarding the issue and my local store helped me process my refund with zero problems.
