A: No. only two ingredients: soluble corn fiber(Fibersol), and inulin, which is a type of pre-biotic that helps beneficial bacteria grow.
I was thankful to find a clear fiber supplement without the horrible flavor and grit of other powders that I can not even choke down. Metamucil clear is a fine powder that is tasteless and disolves completely in drinks or shakes. I don’t know what fibersol is (it’s not phyllium husk) and so far has not helped with regularity or feeling full. If my experience doesn’t improve by the time I finish the canister, I’ll try switching to the capsules.

I don’t like any form of powdered products. I can always taste them and they have a nasty after taste. This product delivers. It is clear. There is no taste. I mix it into my drinks or into my single serving applesauce. The product works great. I like it a lot better than the gummies that you have to chew three of.

Didn’t like this item I’ve been taking it for a few days but stopped as it causes too much gas. I returned it and won’t purchase again. May work for some but I think I’ll stick with getting my fiber through food.

Where have you been all my life?!
Where have you been all my life?! I recently started using this daily about a week ago. I had emergency abdominal surgery after a relatively rapid illness and this has really helped get my body back regular. I mix it with my coffee and have no clue it's there. There's no taste, no texture and it dissolves completely.

I loved that it has no taste. Mixes well and has no artificial sugar. However I can’t use because it gives me too much gas. Not a good thing if you don’t work remote.
