Q: How do you open the bottle? It's been on my counter unused for a month because the top won't pop up for pumping.

This soap is really nice and the scent is refreshing. Perfect for a bathroom. It doesn’t dry my hands out even in winter and doesn’t take too long to rinse clean. I repurchase this constantly. Love the refill pouches of it as well.

I purchased this hand wash because it was blue and I believe it has fewer harsh chemicals. Didn’t realize I had gotten spoiled until my husband bought a big pack of a mongrel brand. Method takes less product, is gentle on your skin and smells great!

I love the smell of this hand soap. It has a fresh, clean scent that isn’t too strong. The quality of the soap is really good, although it can be a bit drying after washing your hands frequently. I love this company’s products and appreciate that they sell refill bags vs plastic containers to try to minimize waste.

As someone who really cares about what they use on their body and throughout the day I try to make conscious choices and use better products. Method is a great natural cleansing company for the home and everyone in it. I’m Currently loving their antibacterial hand soaps they smell great, lather nicely and leave you feeling clean and refreshed.

Bought this shape and could not get the top to pop-up. I don't know if it locked on me during manufacturing or shipping but no way was it going to work because I let others give it a try and they failed miserably. The bad situation got worse when I found out that removing the cap and filling the new shape with it did not produce foam but just splat and a messy mass of liquid soap. I was loyal but have since moved on due to frustration and disappointment.
