Great Product

I think it probably deserves 3 stars. It doesnt mix well with anything that ive used (water, protein shakes, etc. ) and has this grainy-ness to it that is still apparent that I haven't had with your other products. I'm not the biggest fan of this one.

I like this creatine better than the gummies
the micronized creatine monohydrate mixes quickly with water. I add an ounce of fruit juice for flavor. It's faster than eating 5 gummies, and I have been amazed at the difference this creatine has made in my weight lifting. I've increased reps and weight lifted after 2 weeks of using this creatine.

Amazing Product
The result from taking this product has been amazing, at 64 is was losing muscle mass at an alarming rate scene taking Legion Creatine Monohydrate along 20lb dumbell workout my arm mass and strength has increased tremendously I've tried other product with no success.

Not Very Flavorful
I switched to this from watermelon flavored Recharge. The fruit punch flavor is not very strong and tastes watered down, even with only 8 ounces of water. I trust the creatine is effective, but it's not as enjoyable as a beverage. By contrast, I found Recharge refreshing and satisfying.

Combined with flavored creatine
I mix one scoop of the unflavored with one scoop of the fruit punch creatine and it's in a 24oz bottle of water at work. I just sip on it all day because I suck at drinking it all at once. It's the only drink besides water most days and I really enjoy it.

Yet another superior Legion product
Mixes easily, tastes great, has the ideal dosage, and no extra crap. I'm 49 and recovery is essential, so I take creatine every day. It's also nice that science has shown that creatine can have cognitive benefits as well. It is hard to judge the benefits of supplements, Mike Matthews himself acknowledges this. But, when research confirms the results of a product like this, and you are serious about health and fitness, you take it. Plus, if you take it, you buy from the company that will not hide ingredients, uses only the purest, natural sources, and pays extra to have 3rd party labs prove these facts. After my second dose, I already felt more hydrated, which was an issue I'd been noticing for a while, even when I took my electrolytes and drank more water. When I hit 100 days, we'll see what all it's done, but so far, it feels great. I mix it with my electrolytes and drink it over breakfast post-workout.
