I have been using this for a month and already experiencing the benefits of creatine during my workouts. It also has a very neutral taste and dissolves well. It doesn’t sink to the bottom in clumps like others. Well done!

The powder is quite fine, so be careful about inhaling it lol. I like that it comes with a scoop that has a long handle, makes it less messy. Would recommend, took off 1 star because it's hard to say if it has any effectiveness in the 2 weeks I tested it - need more time to update.

I know - you have to hydrate extra (I also drink water, and bring a big bottle of water with electrolytes). I know it helps supposedly with a lot of things other than just building muscle, and I need all of those things! No complaints!

I received a full size product which is 15.8 ounces. This unflavored powder drink mix can be added to any beverage. I usually add mine in either water or Gatorade after my work out. This powder supports healthy aging, and muscle function. There are no artificial flavors or colors. This is gluten-free with no preservatives and it is vegetarian. Great product that helps restore muscle function after a workout.

Overall, I think this is a great product. I like that it does not contain any artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. I like that it has a scoop included that has a long handle. Another important quality is that it is 3rd party tested, which reassures me that it is high quality and purity tested. When mixing it with water or juice, it does not give off a chemical flavor which is nice because I’ve had some creatine powders that do. It does not fully dissolve in water, however this is because of the monohydrate form having lower solubility than other forms. The serving amount is good for a couple months which is nice. I would recommend this product to anyone looking to add creatine to their nutritional plan.

It helps build muscle and one container lasts for a long time so it’s definitely a great value. It’s unflavored so it’s really easy to add to drinks. No nasty aftertastes like some other powders. The taste isn’t too hard to cover with some fruits, and works both for smoothies as well that I make for him. Overall pretty good!
