I received this game as a part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Unfortunately, this game didn't do well in our house. We are in our 40s and have a 10 and 8 year old. As I tried to understand the rules of the game, the rest of the household lost any interest in playing. The explanation was confusing and we couldn't really figure out how to play. We never got past opening the game and attempting to understand the instructions. In a big plus, the game cards are very good quality and the die was standard. We really wanted to enjoy the game, but the unclear insructions failed us and we ended up using the cards to play a game we made up. We will attempt again to play. Although we took the game on a 6 day beach trip with us, we couldn't make it happen

So fun and entertaining!
First off, I just want to say that this game is so well made! The cards are absolutely gorgeous to see and hold. The color scheme is beautiful! Our family loves games that are quick and entertaining. This one fits the bill perfectly. It's quick enough to play before bed and so fun! The kids always want to play just one more round. Even my 5-year old picked it up! The game is easy to learn, especially for kids, and keeps them entertained. The wild and power cards keeps everyone on the edge. What more could you ask from a game? It's quick, fun, full of giggles, laughs, and surprises. It's the perfect game for anywhere! Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me the game!

Family Game Night Fun!
First off, let me say thank you to Stellar Panel for sending the Ringer Card Game to me in exchange for my review. The Ringer Card Game was a family hit! Our kiddos range from ages 2–11, and I can confidently say that everyone had a blast. Whoever designed the packaging did a great job—what a fun and creative way to display the game. So the real question is: how quickly did our family pick up the rules? Pretty quickly! The pamphlet clearly explained how to play, and the game even includes reminder cards for each player to reference what each “special card” means. The game moved fast and was filled with cheering, laughing, and plenty of banter. At the end of the game, my 8-year-old said he loved it and asked if we could play again next weekend for our family game night. Even the 2-year-old gave it a stamp of approval and loved helping mom and dad put cards down on the stack. Overall, we really enjoyed the game as a family and would absolutely recommend it to others looking for a quick, fun game to play together.

Perfect for all ages family of 5!
Ringer has quickly become one of my absolute favorite card games. It’s easy to learn, super fast-paced, and one of those games where you always end up saying, “Okay… just one more round!” It’s perfect for family nights, hanging out with friends, or taking to gatherings because everyone can pick it up within minutes. What I love most is that it’s simple without being boring. The gameplay keeps everyone involved, and it gets competitive in the best way. Whether you’re playing with just a couple people or a bigger group, it’s always fun, and the rounds move quickly so no one is stuck waiting around. The cards are good quality, the instructions are clear, and the whole game is small enough to toss in a bag — great for travel or keeping in the car for last-minute game nights. We’ve already had so many laughs and “I can’t believe you just did that!” moments with it. If you’re looking for a game that’s easy to teach, fun for all ages, and guaranteed to bring out everyone’s competitive side, Ringer is a winner. Highly recommend!

Fun game of chance and strategy
First, I have to share how gorgeous this set is - the cards, the die, and even the packaging is beautiful and well-designed. It took us awhile to get the rules down. After reading the instructions we watched the video (which was easy to find via the QR code in the instructions). The first game was slow to start as we made sure to follow each rule. The mini reference cards (enough for up to 5 players) are handy! We picked up speed as the game progressed and now, with the rules down after a few games, can finish the game in 20 minutes or so. Our kids (ages 9 and 12) caught on quicker than we did! Warning - this game is addictive! It’s got a great balance of speed, chance, and strategy - a winner for our family. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I will also note one typo in the instruction booklet (pg 10 - 'had' instead of 'hand'), one fun misprint (Wild '4' card) and there is some disagreement among my family members about what cards can be used on the Wild "Reroll" card (my take is that ANY card can be used!).

Our go to card game
Ringer is our go to card game. Our kids love playing and is a great way to spend time together. We love the wild cards and power cards which give the game the game the elements of strategy and luck. We also love that a full game can be done in under 20 minutes. Ringer is easy to learn, since the instructions are well written. We will be playing Ringer for years to come. family fun
Upon watching the tutorial video I was a little worried this game might be too difficult for my kids. There are several different cards and a good amount of rules so I wasn't sure we all would be abled to follow along. After the initial learning phase the game is a blast to play. My kids love it and are better than me at playing! The cards are super durable and will hold up against wild kids. My kids are competitive so this is a great game for them to go around and around playing. It is engaging so they are entertained but also requires them to think critically about their moves/plays. So yes this game is fast, fun AND competitive. We love trying new games for family time, but I know for sure this one is going to be on repeat for a while. We plan to take it on our Christmas vacation to play with our extended family. So don't let the the rules or tutorial intimidate you. It is so easy to catch on! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing my family with the game.

Really fun once you get the hang of it
I received this game as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I have to say I was a little intimidated by the amount of rules to remember but it was actually easier to catch on than we thought. The official how to play video was super helpful! Even my 8 year old daughter enjoyed playing and beats us most times we play. We like that it is compact enough to play at a restaurant or coffee shop which we like to do from time to time. Would definitely recommend it and would even give it as a gift.

Nice game, takes a while to learn.
The first thing you notice about Ringer is the quality of the cards. They are on very thick card stock and beautifully printed. The holes in the middle are unusual and I expected them to be hard to handle, but that wasn’t the case. The game is compact and doesn’t contain too many elements. Setup was pretty simple and reading through the instructions took 15-20 minutes. My husband complained that the instructions were printed way too small. Gameplay is fast and engaging, but there are a lot of factors to remember, so we had to refer back to the instructions several times during our first game. The game is quite competitive and for the most part, fun. What I love about the game is that it is fast paced, quick to play and it encourages family time. I also like the fact that it requires analytical thinking and strategizing, while it also incorporates fun elements that are similar to other popular games in the genre. It’s not a completely “new” concept, but rather seems to pull from a lot of other games with the addition of some fun twists. The reference cards are handy for remembering some of the card functions. The game states that it is 8+ and I would say that is spot on, BUT a big caveat here is that it’s not as easy to learn initially as other similar games and some of the rules aren’t clear. My daughter, who is 8 and loves all board games, became demoralized and frustrated when she kept forgetting how to use the cards correctly, causing her to miss chances to collect cards. Overall, it’s a good, solid game to add to our repertoire, but it takes a few rounds to get used to the rules, which means it’s not a game I would quickly pull out for a 15 minute family game time. I would, however, include this as a group game option for vacations or weekends. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this family board game.

Exciting new card game
Our family and friends have game night at least once a week. We have a large age range that makes it hard at times to find one that all enjoy. I believe the Ringer Card Game will be played often as we all enjoyed ourselves. I do recommend watching the video on how to play as the written instructions were hard to understand at first. Once we watched the video on how to play the written instructions then made more sense and we used them to refer to if we forgot a rule. I think the game provides some exciting strategic game play that also gives you moments of luck with the roll of the die. The game can be played with just two players but I preferred playing the game with at least 3 people or more as it added more thrill. I am grateful that the Stellar Product Testing Panel decided to send me this card game to tryout in exchange for my honest review. We have now found another fun card game to add to our game night.

🎲 Family Game Night Fun! 🎲
We had such a blast playing Ringer Card Game this week! 🙌 Our family ranges from age 3 to 50, and everyone got to join in. The little ones loved rolling the dice and watching the colors, while the rest of us got competitive (and laughed a ton 😂). It was super easy to learn—though we had a couple of questions at first, the online video made everything crystal clear. Once we got going, we didn’t want to stop! I also love how compact it is—it’s perfect to toss in a bag for camping or trips. 🏕️ Big thanks to @StellarPanel for sending us this awesome game to try out! 💛 Definitely adding #RingerCardGame to our regular family game night rotation. #FamilyFun #GameNight #BoardGames #FamilyTime #RingerCardGame #ThankYouStellarPanel

Fun for all ages!
I was given this family board game to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I played this game with my husband and two children, ages 7 and 9. We started by watching a video with instructions about how to play the game. The game was easy for the kids to participate in and with some guidance and practice, they were able to jump into it right away. The game is similar to Uno that you have to add a card with a similar card or number. There are some wild cards in play as well. There are also specific cards like draw 1 or 2, ask another person for a card, and re-roll the dice. The takeover cards add a fun element that keep everyone paying attention. The second time we played, we re-watched the video and adjusted our playing now that we understood the rules better. One complete game only took about 15-20 minutes to play. We had a blast learning a new game and connecting as a family!

Great fun, but challenging to learn the rules at first
I received this product for free for my honest review from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. What did you love most about playing this game? Played with my 8 year old son, and it was fun to learn a different spin on some games that we've played in the past. The dice in the middle of the cards was a nice touch, rather than the instructions just saying to roll it and set it aside. It's like a mix of Uno and Speed, but with a twist of the dice roll and power ups part. I can see how it would be more fun with more than two people involved. How did the game feel to play? Fast, fun, or a little competitive? The game was fun to play - neither fast nor slow, but it was fun in a brain-stretching way. A little competitive once we realized how the power cards worked and started seeing point cards accumulate to know who was winning. How quickly did you pick up the rules? Was it easy to start playing? It was easy to set up and *try* -- but learning the rules took a little while. We were referencing the instructions booklet with each turn for the first round, and even then we weren't confident that the cards we laid down were accurate. But it was an easy enough game and engaging for my little one to *want* to learn it. He said "this is fun" a couple of times throughout our first round and wanted to play again for our next family night. So that made it a hit! How did playing this game help your family or group connect, have fun together, or learn something new? Yes, all of the above. It's easy to tell him to go read a book silently or give him video game time, but this was a nice way to wind down from the day and connect with each other. We were able to learn how to play while still telling stories and jokes, and also not getting upset when a mistake was made or when someone was clearly winning the whole thing.

Catchy Card Game of Colors, Numbers and the Luck of the Dice!
I received this product through the Stellar Produce Testing Panel. Our family is HUGE card and game board players. Every other week we love getting together trying new games and keeping our minds active while having fun! I was super excited to introduce the Ringer game to our family game night. This game felt very familiar to another very popular color and numbers card game out there but with multiple new factors to play on. I absolutely loved the colors, so bright and attractive. After a few rounds and multiple clarifications with the instructions along the way we got the hang of it and found it went smoothly and became very exciting! The option to steal a turn was very exciting and with new numbers constantly being played you had to be on your toes to watch for an opportunity. It really felt like a game mostly on chance with some strategy. The pace went fast and could get very competitive. Rolling the dice added a nice change to the normal card game factor. There are a few recommendations I have as the instructions sometimes were not the clearest. A step by step turn sequence would have really helped. The action card reminders would have been nice to have the full explanation of each feature instead of just the names and a Q & A section would be a nice addition as well. We could not figure out when you played a 6 or 1 whether you could loop back around, example if you had a 1 could you play a 6 or a 2? Or would your only option be 2 for your +1 or -1 number choices. We ended up just creating a house rule. We are excited to have Ringer in our collection and play it for another family game night!

I’ve played Ringer a few times now, both with two players and in a group of four, and it’s been an interesting mix of fun and frustration. What I liked most about Ringer is how easy it is to learn — the rules are simple, and we were up and playing within minutes. It also travels well; the small box makes it perfect for packing along on trips. The design and look of the cards are really nice too — clean, colorful, and well-made. Gameplay itself feels light and a bit competitive, but mostly luck-driven. While there’s a little bit of strategy in when you play certain cards, luck plays a big role in how things unfold. That can make it exciting, but also a bit unpredictable. One downside is that turns can take a long time to come back around, even with just two players, which sometimes makes the game feel slow or repetitive. It can also feel very one-sided — in one game I ended up with over three-quarters of the deck, which took away some of the fun for others. Overall, Ringer is a quick-to-learn, visually appealing game that’s great for travel or casual play. Just be ready for a few slow moments and some uneven outcomes along the way. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Fun with a few snags
When I first opened the game, I immediately noticed the difference in these cards - they have a hole in the center! That's neat, but also made them difficult to shuffle well. My 12 year old son and I each read the instructions once, and we were able to teach my 9 year-old as we played, with a few references back to the instructions. It was a little complicated at first, but once you get the rhythm of the game and allowed moves, it gets easier to play. We all enjoyed it, but for some reason, the ringer piles ended up vastly different so the game wasn't very close. It could have been because of shuffling issues. Even so, we all enjoyed the game and it will be easier to pick up and play each time. It felt like a good length of time for my older son, but my younger son had a little more difficulty staying with it. I think he'll enjoy it more as we can play it without referring too much to the rules. I received this game as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
