Q: The battery died so I charged it and the globe was red while charging then turned green. When I press the button it still won’t turn on. Why won’t it work now after having to charge one time?

A: I think the red indicates that the battery is low and green indicates fully charged. Mine did the same and when I took it off of the charger it only had the 3 levels of white light. Hope this helps!

Q: As the lightbulb is "fixed", does that mean you can't change the bulb when it goes out and thus becomes trash?

A: Hello wine space - Thank you for your interest on - Mini Plastic Table Lamp with Glass Orb Cobalt Blue. To answer your question, a single gentle press on the button (located near the base) turns the lamp on at low brightness. Each additional press increases the level—first medium, then high—and a fourth press turns the lamp off. Hope this information helps. Happy shopping! - Rose

Purchased this lamp for my patient room. It worked great the first week I had it. I like low light when I'm doing manual therapy to make the room more relaxing. However, I have been charging it until it is green for days now and it still won't come on. I've switched outlets and chargers numerous times but nothing seems to work. Pretty bummed out about it to be honest.

The photos make the item look very nice, sturdy solid. This is completely opposite. Like all the other reviews stated the paint is chipping or not even on the item. When I took the stickers off and pulled the paint off. This is a very cheaply made lamp. It puts off a fair amount of light and has three levels however I might be returning. It takes about four hours to fully charge and the light is red when it’s charging and green when it is charged. I just can’t get over how terrible the paint job on the item is.
