A: While these tablets are effective at sanitizing and removing buildup during soaking, they are not a complete substitute for regular brushing. Brushing your dental appliances with a soft toothbrush helps physically remove food particles and plaque that soaking alone may not address. Therefore, it's recommended to use the tablets as part of your routine, but not as a replacement for brushing.
