Q: how high are the metal legs and must you use them?

submitted by rob - 1 year ago

  • A: Hi Rob - Thank you for reaching out. We appreciate your interest in Mixed Material Library Bookcase with Doors Natural Wood. The metal lets are 3 7/8” tall. It is recommended to assemble and use the product as intended. We would not recommend altering the product as we cannot promise the integrity and safety of the item afterwards. Happy Shopping!! - Emma

Q: How much weight does the bookcase hold?

submitted by mrk - 1 year ago

  • A: Hello mrk - Thank you for your question on Twin/Twin XL 400 Thread Count Striped Performance Sheet Set White/Pewter Moon. The adjustable shelves for this bookcase will hold 25 pounds each. The middle shelf will hold 35 pounds. The bottom shelf has a weight limit of 50 pounds. I hope this helps. Have a great day - Pavan

Worst quality you could imagine

Extremely poor quality. Material is flakey and weak, and won't allow the fasteners to hold tight. Wood laminate sticker started peeling off during assembly. many connections are supposed to drive wood screws into the wood chip material and would actually require a completely flat floor and square cabinet clamps to actually assemble it properly. Plastic bracket pieces for the "support" bar were broken. Had to return half assembled.
