A: Hello - Hardware is included. There is a back bracket that gets attached to the wall and the hook mounts to it. Thank you! - Lorin
submitted byLorin - 2 years agoTarget staff supportA: A small bracket is included, but the hook freely slips back off of it. We had to glue our hooks around the bracket to keep them from slipping off all the time.

Missing all of the hardware pieces it claims it comes with besides one. Package wasn’t opened or anything, it just wasn’t included. Quality seems fine and it was cheap but it should include everything it says on the box.

I love how easy and cute it is. However when you lift a jacket off it wasn’t that strutting bc sometimes it would fall off but I saw another review that said they used toothpick. So I did that and I shoved a toothpick in it and it’s not going anywhere!!

Yes it is easy to install and apparently once you slide the hook on it wobbles and just slides out super easy. It shouldn’t wobble but don’t return! Use a broken toothpick and slide it in with it! And it will stay put!! 5 star for looks. 4 star for installation

Sure, they are 3 bucks and look nice but they don't actually work well. The hook slides onto the wall mount bracket with no fastener to secure it. If you pull up on the hook, for instance to pull your towel off, the hook will slide off the mount every single time. These aren't worth the trouble and now I have holes where the mounting went into the wall. Very disappointed.
