Leaks after turning off
I loved the Moen faucet similar to this model I installed in my former house so I bought this one. From installation it leaked a few drops after shutting off. When I called support the representative told me it was just gravity pulling the water left in the hose down. My former one never did this, my much cheaper laundry room pull down faucet (not Moen) does not do this. I don't know why current design allows this. Moen designers should go back to the drawing board.

Hello Sadconsumer and thank you for the feedback you posted on the Moen website. What you described sounds like the residual water drainage. The Moen 87066 Nori pull-down kitchen faucet has a high arc spout/hose that will have residual water drainage after shut-off. Water in the downward curve of the spout/hose will drain after the faucet is shut off and this is considered normal. The amount of drainage and the frequency is determined by the surface tension of the water inside the pull-down sprayer. Tapping lightly on the pull-down sprayer will often break the surface tension of the accumulated water inside the sprayer and more water will drain out. Beautiful Faucet
This faucet is really beautiful. My neighbor helped me install it since finding a plumber in my rural area was proving impossible. It was very easy to install with easy to understand and follow instructions. I was having a hard time finding a quality faucet but someone on reddit suggested going straight to the manufacturer. I'm really glad I did! I can't believe the quality of this faucet with the great deal I got and the style I wanted. I'm a happy customer! Pro tip: remove the faucet sprayer the first use and let water run through it for a few minutes. This will wash out debris. If you turned it on before removing the sprayer take it off and rinse it out then replace it.

Easy Install w/ Style
took just 45 minutes, with 15 of that me collecting my tools from various places around the house. Looks great and functions with a ton of improvement in pressure over my existing faucet.
