A: Hello MommaA, We recommend giving up to 2 times a day in a 24-hour period and the recommended servings are: For ages 6 months old to 3 years old: 1 teaspoon (5 mL) For ages 4 years and older: 2 teaspoons (10 ml) We always recommend consulting with your pediatrician or healthcare provider before using our products, and following their directions. A: Hello, Like any gentle natural laxative it may take from one to three days to see results especially in older infants & children when normal bowel movements are already less frequent. Generally if after 3 to 5 days you see no improvement then consult your pediatrician.

My 6 month old was backed up for almost a week (!) after starting purées. Tried pears, prunes, water, pausing solids, belly massages, warm baths, putting her in the bouncer, nothing worked. Gave her this at 11am and by 2pm she had the biggest/fullest poopy diaper of her life. I will say she did not care for the taste but small price to pay for her relief lol

The ONLY safe and effective constipation relief there is for our girls. They aren’t a super fan of the flavor and it’s a little liquidy, but they consume it. It works pretty quickly. It only lasts for 6 weeks once open, so have a backup one!

This helped my baby to poop! My baby gets constipated sometimes and this works great when needed. It smells just like prune juice and warning; your baby might not like the taste. The first use took only a few hours to work while the second time I used this for my baby it took over 10 hours.

Great to have on hand!
My 9 month old was having a difficult time having a bowel movement and prunes were not helping. I picked this up and gave a dose around 12 PM and by 7 PM he was able to finally go to the bathroom. We also did tummy massages and gave pears to help, but I think this stuff really helped move things along. I gave another dose the next morning and he was able to pass the rest of the back up he was having. 100/10 recommend.

Loved this!!!
My 11month old had been straining for the past 2 days, tried changing his diet with no luck. Eventually caved into getting this… baby took it with no problem since the taste wasn’t too bad. Within an hour, he literally used the restroom with no issue!! 10/10 loved this! Only used it once so far but would definitely try again if we come across the issue

Didnt work for us
I wanted this to work so badly because my 6 month old got backed up after starting solids. Unfortunately it’s been 5 days of giving this and it hasn’t helped. She is not a fan of the flavor either. I do like the bottle design, it makes it so much easier to get the right amount in the syringe. It just didn’t work for us for the specific purpose of relieving constipation.

My 10 month old has been straining to poop and would pass a bowel every 2-3 days sometimes. I thought I’d give this a try since the ingredients looked fine. She ate dinner, drank water, gave her the “medicine” (the taste was just ok to her, she swallowed most of it) and gave her a few more sips of water. Less than 2 hours later she was made a full bowel movement with no grunts or straining. I want to saw this is what definitely helped pairs with water.

Unsure if effective
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Baby’s get constipated ALL THE TIME! It’s a battle all moms deal with. My kiddo didn’t seem to mind the medicine flavor which was awesome, no fighting to take it. I’m not sure if it truly helped the constipation, as I paired it with a lot of other dietary changes trying to give her some relief.

I used prune juice but when receiving this product I was so excited especially knowing it has prune juice concentrate. It works!!! My son every time constipated I give him 5ml and he’ll use bathroom same night or next day!!

Ok but didn’t work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since transitioning to whole milk, my daughter has had consistent issues with constipation so I was really excited to receive this. Unfortunately, it didn’t seem to make any difference for her but there are still positives. It doesn’t taste or smell bad, it’s got prebiotics, it can easily be mixed into milk or juice, and the adaptable syringe is nifty (although it was a bit of a learning curve and I did spill some). Overall I think it may help some kids but it didn’t work for mine.

It doesn't have Harsh laxatives, it doesn't have any alcohol dies has a no spill syringe, which I love the flavors and bad as of force I taste it. It. There's no peanuts eggs milk, so it is the things that a lot of people are allergic to. This is clear of you can use this 6m to over 4 . I feel like this worked naturally. We have tried all kinds of stuff cruise apple juice. So this has been a great big help with my little one is definitely dealing with constipation in my older kiddo. As well, this has 24 servings in it. If you use 5 ml which is kind of what we've had to use. I say go for it. It doesn't hurt anything. It works nice and gently. I am a fan

Great Ingredients for Natural Ease of Constipation

Although we try to solve constipation naturally, this does a great job at helping just a little bit more than prune juice, without having to use harsher options. The syringe it comes with is super easy to use, too!
