I have younger children and am able to take care of them and do housework easily with the support this gives and it also is flexible enough for easy movement. The fit is adjustable which makes it easy to tighten on days when I need the more support or other times when doing stuff around the house or daily activities. I highly recommend this and I’ve tried about 9 of them and this exceeded my expectations by far!

Breathability is nice, it's not mesh so I think in hot weather you'd get some dampness. Durability is very nice, I do see potential of piling due to the fabric.
