My Brest Friend Deluxe Nursing Pillow - Soft Rose

I fumbled with the boppy for 2.5 weeks before finally breaking down and getting the my brest friend pillow. I truly underestimated how important a good pillow is. I sat in the bed crying one night because baby was hungry and sitting up nursing in bed was so uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping in the livingroom recliner some nights in the first week with my newborn. This has made nursing easier in every aspect. I can now nurse baby while eating myself without fumbling around or waiting on my hubby to finish eating. This is worth every bit of the price. I just wish I had bought it from the beginning.

I received the My Brest Friend Deluxe Nursing Pillow as a gift from my registry and have been using it almost exclusively for breastfeeding my baby who is now 5 weeks old. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase! Some features I really like are the pocket, which is great for keeping my phone or hand sanitizer close by. The surface is very soft, and my baby looks really comfortable when on the pillow. I also like the two small bumps that help angle his head toward the breast, which makes feeding easier. The reasons I am giving this 4 stars instead of 5 are minor but important. The cover, although removable and washable, is a bit tricky to put back on after washing. The foam is a little sticky, so it takes some effort to get it on perfectly. Also, the back cushion isn’t always useful, especially when I’m in a lounge or plush chair, and sometimes I end up folding it out of the way. I wish that part were optional, but it’s not a deal breaker. All in all, I am happy with this product and would definitely purchase it again!

I haven’t used the pillow yet and hope I like it, it has been highly recommended. I’m leaving a review based on the strong chemical smell of the pillow when I received it. I’ve had a similar smell on new clothes received from Amazon recently that I can’t get rid of, perhaps formaldehyde for shipping? I expected better manufacturing for something like this for babies.

The design has a long Velcro adjustable strap for any size, it has an extra tick cushion for a better connection with your baby, an ergonomic design for a better position of you hand and baby, a backrest for a good posture, a useful pocket for you favorite drink or snack! The cover is soooo soft and easy to clean. Definitely a must have!!

I am a mom of 5 children. My daughter is 7 months old. This is the first time I have used one of these and as an experienced mom, I can say I absolutely love it. It is comfortable for both breastfeeding and bottle feeding. It’s very soft and plush. Comfortable for both me and my baby. I will call out the back rest as being my favorite part of it. It offers a great deal of support and helped me keep a good posture. Another thing I really liked is that the buckle is silent release so I can unbuckle it and not worry about it waking her. I am so thankful all these little details were thought of. The cover is also removable and can be washed in the washing machine. Overall I am happy with it and it is working great for us. Thank you.

Where has this been my whole mommying life? I’m on my third daughter and I’m both embarrassed and regretting I never bought one. Initially, I was worried being busty and a little chunkier that this wouldn’t work for me, but I was completely wrong. For reference, I’m a 38DDD/40C 4-months postpartum, wear midsize 12/14. The boucle sage cover is entirely removable and washable. The cover is both stylish and functional. The design of this foam and firm structure is beyond anything its major competitor can offer. This has a belt that is adjustable with durably strong velcro. It sits around my body like a glove and doesn’t pinch, make me sweat, nor uncomfortable. It has these two firm egg shaped pods on either side to hold the babies head up just enough so they don’t sink. It’s like AI foam that just knows exactly where it has to be to support their little bodies. My biggest worry usually when using the competitor’s is the fear of my baby rolling off. Honestly, I haven’t had that concern yet with this. I can feel she also feels in control and confident she is secured while nursing. She doesn’t fidget or wiggle when on this compared to the boppy. It’s the little sense of security which all moms just need when their already exhausted and can barely focus. I highly recommend this to any moms. This nursing assistant is the best on the market and worth any penny they ask. I truly wish I had given this a chance with my previous two children.

This feeding pillow is perfect for not only breathing feeding Mothers, but also for babies that are bottle fed. You wrap it around you and tighten it up as much as you need. It has the built in back support for the mother. You can comfortably lay your arm down while feeding the little ones. I love how it has a built on pocket to hold things. Making feedings go a lot smoother

I am a mom of 4 and this is my all time favorite nursing pillow. I like that the back is oadded but not bulky. I lile this new cover on the pillow is so cute and soft. The little bag is so handy to hold a pacifier or burp cloth or your phone.

This pillow is so under rated. I bought this pillow 7 years ago with my first daughter and now with my second child and it worked wonders great back support stays firmly especially when you are breastfeeding a new born after a c section. It helps reduce the pressure on the lower belly. The other pillow cover can be removed and washes and is so comfortable highly recommend for new moms.

Very helpful for a new nursing mom! Helps to support the baby while learning to latch and holds the baby up and gives mom's arms a break. The pocket is great for phone or earbuds or small tater bottle. Getting a second cover so I can use it while one cover is in the wash. Absolutely recommend!

This is a lifesaver. I was having so much back pain during breastfeeding and used one of this in a consultation session and fell in love with it. It makes breastfeeding so so convenient. No more pain. I also love the pocket. I put my airpod lip balm and nipple cream in it.

As a mother of 4 I have never used a nursing pillow. I didn’t even breast feed but this was still a lifesaver being as though my 4th child was a C-section delivery. This helped with holding baby easily above my C-section area. Also it has excellent back support. My baby is 6 months and I still use this for feedings when we’re home. Also super easy to wash.

I might be in the minority, but I did not like this pillow. My baby was 9 lbs and long so he never fit comfortably on it. The cover wasn’t waterproof either so I had to put a liner on the pillow. I ended up using it a handful of times and there’s no other use for it.

Super helpful for breastfeeding moms. Keeps baby in place and allows your arms to relax/not fully carry baby. I do wish that the pillow was thicker, as I need to put a pillow UNDER it on my lap to bring baby up to my breast height. Overall though totally worth it. I bought this online in the hospital so when I arrived home it came just 1 day later, which helped so much transitioning to life with a newborn.

I like the adjustable firmness and the fact that you can adjust it to fit around you is great but it's definitely not made for plus size moms.. it would be great for feeding if I was considered to be quote unquote average size

This pillow saved my breastfeeding journey. Latching was so much easier for us with this pillow. No more slouching over or baby sliding off bed pillows. So easy to feed baby (even in the car) and give my arms a rest while doing it. Baby falls asleep right on the pillow. There are so many functional design elements that make this pillow useful and comfortable - I especially like the slight bump to raise baby’s head and the backrest. The strap is held to the pillow cover by Velcro which is good for washing and adjusting but is loud so I have to remember to not tinker with it when my baby is sleeping. The other thing to remember is to be gentle with the foam because it damages easily. I ripped off a small chunk while taking off the cover for the first time but was never a problem after that. I love this so much I got the inflatable version for trips.

Found this recommended on Reddit after my first breastfeeding pillow didn't really help me much. I was skeptical, but this thing is amazing. I ended up with thumb tendinitis from breastfeeding and this helps me not strain my hands any longer. I love that when my baby falls asleep, this helps me support her weight too for contact naps. I'm shocked this isn't recommended more.
