So glad to see they are still making these. It was a game changer for me & my husband. I bought one for my niece. Hoping she loves it as much as we have.

Too bulky and gets in the way . I keep fighting it to stay down and it gets in the way from the back too and I can’t recline back. I decided to buy a breastfeeding pillow this time around after not using one with my 2 older breastfed babies. It didn’t seem useful to me.

Made breastfeeding so much more comfortable. Love that it clips on and stays in place unlike the Boppy. Also love the back lumbar pillow and the little bumps for baby’s head. Perfect product.

I ordered this for my daughter and it has made breastfeeding so much easier for her the baby is more comfortable and able to successfully latch on we definitely recommend this pillow to anyone with a baby especially breastfeeding

I didn't know I needed this but I'm so glad I discovered it. The lumbar support is great, there's a pocket, good for stashing your phone or a burp cloth. It snaps on with one hand and adjusts by just pulling. It made feeding so much better, my arms could relax but my baby was held at the right position and was comfortable. Definitely helped me out while working on the latch. Cover washed easily after being spit up on, retained it's shape well. Despite the bumps on the surface, it makes a good surface as a lap desk.

This nursing pillow is amazing! Total game changer after using another popular brand of nursing pillow. This is sturdy and structured, so I’m not constantly fighting with the pillow and the weight of baby to get a good latch. The lumbar support is also nice. I don’t have to use a pillow behind my back anymore. I really wish I had bought this sooner and not wasted time or money with other brands.

It’s amazing how much better the buckle keeps your baby close on the brestfriend compared to other pillows. Saved my back, and hunching, since baby wouldn’t slide away while nursing. Got this pillow for a friend since it’s a Must Have.

This breastfeeding pillow is a big improvement over the Boppy and the stack of pillows/blankets I was using before. My back/neck were hurting quite a bit and this pillow offers much more support. The quality isn’t the greatest, but for $35.00 you are getting what you’re paying for. Like other reviewers have done, I put the plastic case the pillow came in underneath the pillow cover, but I ended up removing it because the plastic smells really bad. I’ll try to clean it and/or let it air dry and see if that helps, but for now, I feel much better using it without the icky smelling plastic. I am also not a huge fan of the raised bumps on the pillow—my daughter’s head never seems to hit them at a good angle and it just looks uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a decent pillow for the price!

I used a boppy with my first and this is definitely better. I love the extra baby support, I love how it attaches so it doesn’t slide all around. My boyfriend loves to use for bottle feeding too! It’s big and will fit baby for a long time, it’s easy to clean.

This product is not only helpful but great fabric, steady and soft.

My wife and I recently visited a lactation nurse because our baby son was having problems latching. He is a little over two weeks old. We were exclusively feeding him with pump-expressed milk, and sometimes formula. Whenever we tried to breastfeed him, he would get extremely fussy and swing his arms and legs. We tried the football hold and the lying down position , you name it. However , when we went to go see a lactatation nurse, he was successively breastfeeding. We noticed the pillow she was using had the name Brest Friend so I ordered two days shipping on the pillow and couldn’t wait for it to come in the mail. We waited a couple hours for the baby to get hungry then we used the BF pillow. We also used a milk syringe to squirt in his mouth around the nipple to help him to latch. The cotton cover on this pillow was nice but I really liked the waterproof cover we use dat the nurse’s office. However, the cotton might be better for him to rest on. We recently bought a boppy but it doesn’t fit around my wife’s tummy, even though I like to use it to feed the baby with the bottle. This pillow goes all the way around, and it is firmer so the baby doesn’t sink in like other pillows. There are even raised bumps around where the breasts are to elevate his head a little bit. The snap is a bit tricky and you have to make sure it really connects. Overall, I would say that the BF pillow has changed our breastfeeding experienced from a negative to a positive one by its unique design and I would recommend this product.

I love my Brest friend pillow and bought this new one to use with my second baby. It gives young babies lots of support during feeding allowing them to be positioned just right to get the best latch. I love that it has a clip to hold it in place around my body so it doesn’t move around during feeding. I’ve tried the boppy but found it so much harder to get the baby in the right position and to hold them there for the full feeding. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that I think the quality of the fabric isn’t as good as the original one I got 4 years ago (grey with ginkgo leaves on it) and you really have to make sure the clasp is pushed into tight in this one and that you hear the click. Otherwise, when you go to adjust the tightness of the wrap, it’ll come unlatched. I never have this probably with the other cover I have, only this one.
