Buyer Beware

My last power bank broke. I bought this because it is inexpensive and I just wanted it before I decided which device I really want to buy. It will not charge. Even though I was using the same power block in the same outlet I regularly use to power other things, I tried different blocks, different outlets, and even the laptop. Nothing. Unfortunately, that means I have nothing for a back up tomorrow except to strictly monitor my phone usage.
