Nacon Revolution 5 Pro Wireless PS5 Controller Black

Can't connect certain headphones through the aux jack and buttons are placed in an awkward position. Such a shame because the controller felt nice. But unusable for my taste.

My favorite controller ever is the Xbox elite series 2, but I’ve converted to PlayStation gaming only. I wanted this to have an Xbox style stick layout. The build for this controller feels premium. The accessories it comes with are great and give insane customization. However, it does not have vibration on ps5 and it does not turn it on either. Both of those are sadly a deal breaker for me. In addition to that, the super flush back, bottom buttons do not have enough feedback for me to notice I’m pressing them. Sadly had to return. If those things aren’t an issue for you, I’d absolutely recommend this controller.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't like this at all. Thought the design was poor. Handling was off. Difficult to set up and get programmed and overall just felt clunky and felt like I would be better off with the original controller. Would not recommend.

Left stick brand new has stick drift, back bottoms are in the way and constantly pressing them by accident

I have to admit, I never seen such incompetence for a retailer. I purchased it on sale for $150, came bricked. I ask for an exchange, and the answer is they can't. I can only return for refund, to which I asked why with no real answer. It takes them 10 seconds to take our funds, but take 5 business days to give it back for a defect. Nice of the last rep to give me some service, BUT the item is not on sale anymore, so I CANNOT, and WILL NOT repurchase it for more than what I paid for. I guess the inconvenience leading to a GC will just go to waste and expire since the sale price is the only reason I purchased this to begin with.

So i have more than 30 years, i'm a father. So with that información You already know that i play COD late night with partners. I bought pro controller 5 about 4 or 5 months ago. So i didnt expect this kind of problem X almost disapear and square is going to soon. Sorry for My English i'm from argentina. I like this controller but i think i prefer pro controller 4 shame i can't use it on My ps5

So just for a bit of context, I had a stroke 3 years ago and lost the feeling in my left hand which neccessitated a controer like this that would allow me to move left side controller functions to the rear of the controller. I also needed a certain type of large thumbstick for the left analog stick. This controller was the only design that works for me and still is. So with this is mind I will start by saying that in the space of last year I have bought 4 ( yes 4) of this controller and have found out the following.... Positives: Easy to program via pc app. 4 additional rear buttons in comfortable positions easy to swap sticks high quality build. Negetatives: The controller despite being an official product is unable to turn on the Playstation, you instead have to turn on the playstation with a normal controller before swapping to the nacon. The battery they have used inside is very weak to moisture and will easilly short if anything is spilled on it. I found this out after taking one apart and finding warnings all over the battery. I have lost 2 controllers already to shorts. Since nacon is not responcible for me dropping drinks and vommiting on their products all the time so I can look past this however. The adaptable hair triggers on the back do not work and have not worked on ALL 4 controllers which means Nacon knows of this problem at the very least. So yeah im a litttle dissapointed because i dont really have much choice but to use this controller. But I am impressed with absolutely everything else.

The controller is very nice and I love the customization. There are some issues though. Why does it need a dongle in order to connect to the Playstation wirelessly that is just a little annoying, mostly because I can’t turn the PS5 on with the controller. The controller is expensive, so you would expect to do what a regular controller can do and some. A small issue but an issue nonetheless.

Love it. I only have one single complaint...the back buttons are kinda oddly placed for me. Are there any extensions or something for the back buttons?

I've bought the nanco pro and it works fine for what I want, except you can't turn on your ps5 with it,why is that? I don't know.

I've been using the Revolution 5 PRO for a few weeks now, and it's been a fantastic upgrade. The build quality feels solid, and it's really comfortable to hold, even during long gaming sessions. It is super responsive with smooth thumbsticks as well. What I love most is the easy customization. You can swap the thumbsticks super quickly and all 3 styles feel nice. I don't use the shortstop triggers, but they are also really easy to enable if you want to suit your play style. The extra buttons at the back have a little bit less feedback than I would like which makes it a little hard to tell when I'm pressing them, but it's no big deal. And the software is pretty straightforward to use. Overall, it's definitely worth it if you're looking for a pro-level controller with plenty of cusotmization options.

Why wouldn't you put on the box you have to have another controller to use this one? This is stupid for the price. I have to manually power on my ps5 and when the option to choose what user comes up I have to use my og ps5 controller. Yall make dumb controllers. I'll be taking this back asap.

I just oppened , X button and they have dent , i think they give my display

I used this controller for destiny 2 it was great I really liked it. Howeyever since Sony's software update this controller or any other 3rd party controller will not work for ps5 games. It will only work on PS4 games. I also tried searching for updates for controller software on nacon. There's nothing posted how to remedy this issue. I just got this controller 4 months ago and can't use it anymore.

I owned a Nacon Controller for PS4 and loved it. I can say the same for this one. It is a great product, it does what it says, and the quality is great.

After two month of using I now confirm controller you ever need. Premium feel and look, white color very soft and settled, joysticks has no more drag issues, all buttons not loud when clicking and responsive. So many extras comes with it and pouch. 10/10 for me.

The crosshead on the left side gets stuck, and the headphone connection doesn't work, very bad.

This is the worst controller ever it disconnects every two seconds and I even bought a new cord for it and it doesn’t work. This controller sucks and it hardly has any options to customize. Do not buy this controller.

Got my nacon revvy 5 just now from a store and my god If i had to describe it in 2 words it would prolly be freakishly comfortable This controller is my first ever pro controller i ever touched, used, and bought And honestly ion regret it You gotta remember this is one of the lowest priced controllers that got hall effect sticks Now the rear buttons. And profiles. these are what really make the revvy 5 really good you gotta bind em and tweak your profile and what not Anyways. Love this product the price is 200 pretty crazy but like pretty all pro controllers are like that My only suggestion for the nacon rev 5 not having haptic feedback bc sony are some protective scums, would be to have basic vibrations without haptic feedback I play for honor mainly so this aint much of a problem cuz for honor is ps4 game so it has vibrations Anyways ratings for each category Comfort: 10 Customization: 8 battery: 9 Quality build: 10 Joystick quality: 10 Over all. This is an amazing controller all that it would be missing is if it was modular but tbf i dont think its needed when u know this big boi aint finna break
