Read insert (inside package) on how to: Get a new bottle ready (primed) before first use. Prime bottle again if not used for more than 2 weeks. Use the spray. Clean the spray nozzle. Do not use more than directed. If you forget a dose, do not double the next dose. Do not spray into eyes or mouth. If allergy symptoms do not improve after one week, stop using and talk to a doctor. Do not use for the common cold. Shake well before each use. Important: Read and keep carton and insert for complete warnings, directions, and other important information.Adults and Children 12 Years of Age and Older
Once daily, spray 2 times into each nostril while sniffing gently. Once your allergy symptoms improve, reduce to 1 spray in each nostril per day.Children 2 to Under 12 Years of Age

A: Yes this is the best spray on the market.

It seems to calm everything down by reducing sinus inflammation, and stops the incessant problems that antihistamines and other drugs barely put a band-aid on. It doesn't "cure" but helps a lot! I use it quite a bit, and i've used it for several years now. Still the best I think. Also, sometimes my nasal passages get swollen, almost shut (especially the right one), and I've used Nasacort to help with that - so I can sleep at night, which is when this usually happens! Good luck.

The only thing that keeps my husband’s allergies at bay. We use this all the time and no other sprays seem to work as effectively. He does have to use the spray each night in order to work properly.

I suffer from that I'm not allergic to anything ,but I get episodes like allergies. This nasal spray works the best for it without needing a prescription. A great over the counter nasal spray.

As itself, it’s awesome, small mist, no smell, didn’t run down my throat. Unfortunately I had a 12 hour anxiety attack that can only be attributed to the spray. I’ve taken Flonase and didn’t expect side effects since I don’t have any with Flonase but it was debilitating. I do suggest it, but watch out for anxiety attacks.

Nasacort is the only allergy medicine that's ever worked for me. I've dealt with itchy eyes, runny and stuffy nose, sneezing all my life. I don't have to take steroid decongestants any more and deal with the awful side effects of them. Nasacort is great.

It arrived in a similar blister pack to Nasacort, however it was half opened and the top did not have the plastic zip to open it. It looked like the top was barely 'glued' on. The bottle inside had scratch marks on the lid. I returned this as it appeard to have been tampered with or counterfiet.
