Not Like Pictured
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rug is not as per the description at all, I ordered in the brown colour for the runner and it showed up as green. Further, there are weird grass like particles in it and it’s not soft at all though marketed as wool.

Poor Quality

Pretty awesome
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the slate blue rug to ground the room. It’s so soft. We put a gorilla grip rug pad underneath. It is a great weight so doesn’t move. It’s just the right amount of cushy. It barely sheds, which is nice. We have a dog and he will end up destroying it with his nails. But that’s not the rug’s fault. The rug is basically perfect.

Worst rug I’ve ever had
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Within a week grey fibers detached and are sticking out. There is so much shedding that places are starting to look bald. I am so disappointed. For the cost this is unacceptable.
