Native Solid Deodorant for Women & Men - Jasmine & Cedar - Aluminum-Free 2.65oz

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Obsessed with the Jasmine and Cedar scent! Fresh, feminine, and not overpowering but still strong enough to keep you good all day long. Native definitely understood the assignment! I love trying all their scents but this one is a great everyday choice!

Long term Native deodorant user. Worked great for me and loved the scents. Never had any issues with it until this year, 2026. The deodorant wasn’t working as well, but that wasn’t a huge deal for me. What is a huge deal for me is the smell it leaves behind in my clothes now. After washing my clothes I noticed my shirts all had a chalky bitter smell in the arm pits. I am doing the same washing process with the same laundry soap as I always do so this was very puzzling to me. I rewashed everything and even did a soak with oxy clean to ensure everything was getting extra clean. However, everything else was extra clean but my shirts remained rancid smelling in the arm pits. I did some research and saw that Native changed their ingredients and on Reddit people mentioned this same rancid chalky smell. So I stopped wearing native, used a different deodorant with some new tshirts I bought and sure enough… everything was fine. This changed ingredient list has ruined almost all of my shirts. I’ve rewashed, soaked in borax, soap and baking soda and the smell will not come out. I have to throw away all of my shirts because this smell will not come out. I am disheartened that such a great product was changed so much that after 6 plus years I have to stop using Native. I even found a review on here from 2022 with the ingredient list to see how different the ingredients are now. I even have an older tube of a different scent with that same ingredient list from 2025. I can still wear that deodorant as that version was never an issue for my clothes. I hope Native listens to feedback as people begin to experience what I went through. However, even if they do change I won’t know as I’ll never risk using them again to ruin more of my clothes. Such a shame Native. Really such a bummer.

The cedar amplifies the jasmine and it does smell pleasant, but it is a rather strong smell. I can see if you were going some place with a lot of people, maybe even the gym or a party, you may want a stronger-smelling deodarant.

Really enjoying this scent. Not too overwhelming. Great compliment to my other scents.

Doesn’t smell the same anymore. So bummed. It was perfect before - can’t stand the smell now. Looked it up and it seems that Procter & Gamble bought Native. Must’ve changed formula. Super bummed.

Unfortunately I was a bit underwhelmed and disappointed. The fragrance is extremely light in comparison to the others that were sent. I do think that there is longevity in the wear but the more fragrant sticks do last longer.

Leaves a thin coating on your skin that can usually be removed by a loofah or a towel when taking a bath. The scent can last up to 10 hrs depending on your activity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This deodorant smells absolutely amazing. I loved how gentle it is on my skin and it lasted a pretty long time. I played pickle ball in the hot sun in the middle of the day for about a couple hours, and I didn't need to have to reapply. The packaging is great. It stayed in my bag didn't melt and it's perfect for traveling because it's still compact and can fit into any bag! 

Wonderful smell!!!! It’s one of my favorites! Hopefully, they won’t discontinue it.

The simple twist-up packaging is sturdy and very easy to use. In terms of texture, it goes on surprisingly smooth for an aluminum-free option, giving it high marks for all-day comfort without any gritty or sticky feeling under the arms. As for duration, it. holds up nicely through a typical busy workday, though I sometimes reapply before intense workouts. Best of all, it doesn't stain my dark shirts and has excellent washability in the shower, leaving behind zero stubborn residue. Highly recommend!

The scent is fresh, clean and not overpowering! It’s work very well in our sunny Florida . Doesn’t leave white marks on my clothes and keep me feeling fresh through the whole day. Recommended.!! It’s aluminum free and gently on my skin.

Please Bring Back the Old Formula! I've used Native exclusively for at least 10 years and have loved it. But a few years ago they started messing with the formulas which irritate my skin. Same with the "sensitive" versions. I still had a couple of go-to's with the old formula, Jasmine & Cedar & Mango & Orange Blossom, but I see that even these have now been changed. Native, we had a good run, but I sadly can't use you anymore with your terrible new ingredients.

You will feel free and capable of doing everything you want without the worry of being able to sweat your armpits. The bottle packaging is incredible and the little heart design was the cherry in the cake. Simple. I loved it.

It didn’t worked for me but I have to admit the smell was delicious, it was very gentle on the skin and I tried other products for the brand and I ended up loving it ! This specific deodorant didn’t worked out for me but the brand in general is really good. If you don’t sweat a lot , this will be good for you
