They both smell so good—fresh without being overpowering—and I love that they’re Yuka-approved and made with clean ingredients. The conditioner feels great in my hair and leaves it soft, but I do have very dry hair, so it’s not quite moisturizing enough on its own. I pair it with a deep conditioning mask, and that combo works perfectly. Definitely a solid choice if you’re ingredient-conscious and don’t mind adding a little extra moisture on the side!

It lathered well for a clean shampoo and I appreciate the ingredients. The only struggle I had was the pump which maybe mine was just faulty? Overall I really liked this shampoo!

Also, I couldn’t get the top to pop up so I had to cut it and now the pump doesn’t work very well. I wouldn’t buy this again.

I don’t smell a citrus or suede, but more of a nurture hike in the forest—nice, but not what I expected from the label. The pop up pump took many tries and a YouTube video to open (screw bottom tightly, then twist the top while pushing down firmly). Overall, a nice product but I’m not sure I’ll purchase again.

The bottle is very sturdy as well for its heft, I accidentally dropped it and no spills or cracks. The dispensing spout didn’t even pop off!

The shampoo lathers quickly and is full. You don't need a lot of shampoo to get your whole head of hair covered. I have a low haircut so it wasn't that hard to wash my hair. It was very good. Since I’ve been avoiding chemical treatments like relaxers and keratin to embrace my natural texture, the ingredient list felt aligned with my hair care goals. I tested the shampoo after a particularly hot and humid week, during which I’d layered on quite a bit of anti-frizz serum. Despite the product buildup, the shampoo lathered beautifully which is something I didn’t expect from a formula this clean. The scent was a standout: Fall Citrus & Suede is subtly masculine, reminiscent of sandalwood with a bright citrus twist that makes it feel fresh and elevated. I shampooed twice and followed with the daily conditioner. While the shampoo left my hair feeling thoroughly cleansed, I did wonder if it may have stripped a bit more of my natural oils than ideal for my texture.
