It worked well and I love how it is packaged for individual use so you can just throw it in a bag if you are travelling. I would try these again in a different flavor.

I mixed mine with 8oz of warm water. It turns dark before it lightens once mixed. The cherry flavor was lovely and not too strong. I also liked that this was melatonin free. I had a wonderful night of sleep and felt very relaxed. I would buy this again.

It comes in super convenient individual packets and it tastes great. It works in about 15-30 minutes, starting to calm you and get you ready for bed. I even added a little tart cherry juice one night, which helped even more. Would definitely recommend!

It doesn’t work immediately but it didn’t take long for it to take effect…. I actually slept thru the night and didn’t get up until morning…. I woke up feeling quite refreshed…. The flavor was better than I expected. It was easy to open the little pack (which I have trouble with) so that a plus for me too.

If you have a hard time sleeping sometimes and utilize the sleepy girl cocktail, you’re not going to drag two containers of supplements and tart cherry juice with you in the car, plane, or train. I suffer from severe insomnia, and Natrol has helped me tremendously. After a week of use, I was able to fall asleep faster than before without having to use prescription sleep aids. It's made with tart cherry, chamomile, lemon, vitamin B6, magnesium, and GABA. It comes in convenient packaging, which is great for carrying around. The taste is a bit bitter from the stevia, but tolerable. I find the price a bit steep. Sleep is very important, and the product is worth it. I like that it's non-habit forming. I've been looking for something to help me fall asleep without using prescription meds or melatonin, and I finally found it. Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to try Natrol.

The cherry flavor is actually really nice-not too sweet, not artificial -and it blends easily with water. I drink it about 30-45 minutes before bed, and it helps me wind down without knocking me out or making me groggy in the morning. I feel more relaxed, less tense, and my sleep feels deeper and more refreshing. Big bonus: no weird dreams or melatonin hangover the next day. Just peaceful sleep and a calm mind. Definitely keeping this in my nightly routine.

I like that it has natural ingredients. I have a sensitive stomach and I don’t like melatonin because it makes me feel groggy. Didn’t experience that with this product!

I usually rely on wine to make me sleepy but that was getting borderline unhealthy. This has a yummy cherry flavor without the sugar, and I swear it just makes you feel like you’re naturally getting tired. Not that fake chemical feeling your body feels groggy with. I love this.

I used before bedtime to help with my racing thoughts and just to generally calm myself down and it worked and did not take a long time to work. I was actually able to feel myself calming down within about a half hour of the first night that I used it.. it definitely does its job and it’s all natural so you don’t have to feel bad about it. It is also free of melatonin, which is also great. I highly recommend this product for anybody who would like a safe way to calm down at night.
