Love this shake it tastes great not sweet not artificially flavored Smooth delicious makes you full and gives you lot of energy

The scoop that comes with this thing is huge. I ordered this in place of another brand i tested last month as it was on back ordered. The other brand recommends 3 scoops for one serving. 3 scoops of that brand equals one scoop of this stuff and the recommended amount is 2 scoops! I made my usual blend of frozen bananas vanilla almond milk and vanilla extract and a bit of honey but i only used one scoop and it tasted great. It had a nice creamy vanilla taste to it. If If I had used 2 scoops like the directions stated I would have ended up with a very chalky smoothie and I would have been highly upset. The downside to me splitting this is that I only get 10g of protein and 25% of my dra of the vitamins instead of 50% but the multi vitamins i take are so potent this really doesn't bother me. I will still get more than what I need. I do like that this blend appears to be more evenly balanced with plant ingredients. One thing I didn't like about the other brand I used was that it had too much brown rice in the blend to be "plant" based for me. I think all that rice may have actually slowed my weight loss goal. I think I will continue to order Vegan smart as I can really get 30 servings (instead of the recommended 15) out of this one tub which makes it more of a value than the other brand.
