Q: Hi, can this be used in conjunction with a longer term flea treatment or do I need to wait until the 12 hours is up to apply my longer term flea treatment?

A: Our products have not been tested for use in conjunction with any other flea and tick product, including our original formula with our Advanced formula. It’s important to only use our product as directed, and not in conjunction with any other flea and tick medication. The safety of the pets we serve is utmost importance to us; using multiple flea and tick treatments could lead to overexposure causing health concerns. Please reach out to your veterinarian for any use of multiple flea and tick treatments on your pet.

A: Natural Care's Flea & Tick Home Spray uses natural ingredients to kill fleas, flea eggs, and ticks by contact. The Natural Care Home Spray applies easily on surfaces, indoors and out, including pet bedding, crates, furniture, blankets, upholstery, carpets, outdoor surfaces, and more. Also gentle enough to be applied directly on dogs 12 weeks or older. There have not been any tests to confirm use of flea/home spray on mattresses, pillows, etc. Due to potential allergy concerns, and lacking testing we do not recommend use on these items.

Q: How is this safe for both cats and dogs when usually there are different chemicals/ ingredients for both types that can be toxic

A: We suggest all humans and pets be removed from the environment that has been treated until the product has completely dried. However, pets and children should always be removed from the area and should not be allowed back into the environment until the product has dried, which is approximately 30 minutes.

Wrong item listing - not for cats
I think Target has the wrong listing here. I also ordered this thinking it was safe for cats based on the picture / title. But the item I received from the store specifically just says for dogs. Easy to return but annoying because now I don’t have what I need. Clearly someone at Target needs to correct this listing.

Wrong item twice
I got the wrong item twice. It’s the same brand but I ordered the one that specifically says it’s safe for cats. The one I got in my drive up order and delivered only specified safety for dogs. I put this on my return request and still got the same thing. Photos are included on my return request.

This seems to work as long as it stays wet for fleas, but I’m not seeing any difference once it dries. The neighbors have pets and the fleas are out of control. We have to pass their house since we live in the back unit and the yard is filled with fleas. I spray the pathway, around my patio and have had to spray the carpet in my house. It is rather soapy so you have to be careful where you spray it. It made the carpet stiff, had to shampoo and it made a suds. It does however instantly kill mosquitoes. The other day our screen was covered with them, I sprayed the screen and a pile of dead mosquitoes was at the bottom of the door. WOW that was impressive. I like that it is all natural and has a clean clove scent.

Either incorrect one sent or they changed it from cat friendly
Have had nothing but issues trying to purchase this. First was canceled. Second was canceled. Third was damaged in transit, never made it to my house and I had to request a replacement because so much time had passed without any update. Finally got the delivery, and it was dog and home spray instead of the cat and dog spray, which is what I needed, because of cats. Now instead of saying safe for spraying directly on cats or dogs, it says sage for dogs, family, and home.
