Really fast and easy to dip food in the plate and makes a cute date night idea. I used it for chocolate covered strawberries, but you have to be careful that they’re not too damp or it will ruin the chocolate. Worked great for chocolate covered pretzels and even tried a few chips. Easy cleanup.

This product is a great value when compared to Ghirardelli melting chocolate. I wish they made a dark chocolate version like Ghirardelli, but that's nitpicking. This product is basically half as much as Ghirardelli and performs just as well-plus it has it's own melting tray, which comes in super handy. I like how I don't have to use it all at one time, either; it can be allowed to fully set back up and remelted without any deleterious effects.

I am huge fan of target , your white chocolate of this bar is pure gold . It goes with almost any kind of flavor . When I got this , I was little disappointed, I’d rather melt chocolate chips that y’all offer at a lower price anyway. It’s lacking something , I’m sure it pairs with other stuff but alone it’s not it .
