It really helped me sleep

The melatonin for me.
I can tell a real difference when I take melatonin. I usually fall asleep much quicker when I take melatonin than when I don't. I feel like the fast dissolve variety gets into my system faster than the non-dissolving type.

With Nature Made melatonin, I sleep really well and stay asleep. Comes in a generously sized bottle with easy pop open top. The mixed berry flavor is really, really good and even contains real monk fruit extract. Dissolves easily and has a good texture. Perfect, all natural product.

We have two little girls so sleep can be hard to come by. I had already been a big fan of Nature Made vitamins and the Melatonin fast dissolve tablets did not disappoint. They are very quick to enter your system so you start to feel the effects in a shorter period of time than you would with a regular pill. The taste is pleasant and resembles a fruity candy taste. They work great!!

These dissolve faster than others I have tried and I feel like they helped me fall asleep faster than the others as well. I do not feel like they helped me stay asleep any better than other brands. Sleeping better
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been struggling with falling asleep and staying asleep. I have tried other products they leave me wired or drowsy the next day. Someone suggested I try Melatonin and after using these 10 mg tablets for a few weeks I am able to sleep. I was surprised that within a hour I was so sleepy and I stayed asleep until my alarm went off. I have noticed that within 1/2 hour to a hour I am sleepy and falling asleep. Even if I wake up I am able to go back to sleep. No morning drowsiness.
