The product information details magnesium glycinate, but this is magnesium oxide. Magnesium glycinate is typically used in females for relaxation, mood management, cramps, and help with sleep. Magnesium oxide is primarily used as a laxative! Big difference, ladies! Excellent Vitamin!
I am 74, and have been taking Nature Made products for years. I go to my doctor for routing blood tests every three months. She tells me she wishes she had my heart and system. I attribute a lot of this to the Nature Made products I take daily, and have been taking daily for years. As an ex cop and firefighter, I did my body, and lungs, no favors in my careers. So everything helps, especially now at my age. It's Nature Made for me!

Good, reliable product.
Excellent product. I’ve been taking this and other Nature Made supplements for years to offset my difficulty retaining minerals. This is one of the few with no soy, which my body can’t tolerate.

The product description is misleading. It refers to Magnesium glycinate, but the actual pills are Magnesium oxide. These are used for different things, so I don't know if this product will work for me."

Magnesium is a great daily supplement. In particular, I like its beneficial effects on sleep and regularity, but magnesium performs many other important functions in the body. Safe to take at higher levels if needed.

I have RLS (restless, leg syndrome) as long as I can remember my nurse, Nurse Hardesty Recently, told me there’s a “medication” I can take for it. I haven’t felt like this in a long time.
