    Check the thpe of magnesium you need!

    The product information details magnesium glycinate, but this is magnesium oxide. Magnesium glycinate is typically used in females for relaxation, mood management, cramps, and help with sleep. Magnesium oxide is primarily used as a laxative! Big difference, ladies! If you’re looking for the magnesium that helps with stress management and aids in sleep, skip this one and look for magnesium glycinate or a magnesium complex.

    Excellent Vitamin!

    I am 74, and have been taking Nature Made products for years. I go to my doctor for routing blood tests every three months. She tells me she wishes she had my heart and system. I attribute a lot of this to the Nature Made products I take daily, and have been taking daily for years. As an ex cop and firefighter, I did my body, and lungs, no favors in my careers. So everything helps, especially now at my age. It's Nature Made for me!

    Good, reliable product.

    Excellent product. I’ve been taking this and other Nature Made supplements for years to offset my difficulty retaining minerals. This is one of the few with no soy, which my body can’t tolerate.

    The product description is misleading. It refers to Magnesium glycinate, but the actual pills are Magnesium oxide. These are used for different things, so I don't know if this product will work for me."

    Great Daily Supplement

    Magnesium is a great daily supplement. In particular, I like its beneficial effects on sleep and regularity, but magnesium performs many other important functions in the body. Safe to take at higher levels if needed.

    Product is what my spouse & I use. The price was reasonable and decided to bundle multiple items on my order. Three if the items were all shipped separately fron different locations. Note: Better packaging needs improvement. This Magnesium item was not protected inside the box and could have been damaged by sliding around inside the box.     Change my life

    I have RLS (restless, leg syndrome) as long as I can remember my nurse, Nurse Hardesty Recently, told me there’s a “medication” I can take for it. I haven’t felt like this in a long time.

    Skip the Melatonin!

    I have been taking this supplement before bed for a few weeks now. Best sleep ever! I am also not drowsy the next day like I would be taking melatonin. The regular quality sleep also helps with more energy during the day.
