Super easy to swallow! These are tiny and potent. Some other vitamins make me nauseated or get stuck in my throat, not these! No nasty flavor either! Bottle doesn’t have any noticeable smell.

My wife and I take this product every day. The timed release feature works marvelously, and spreads out the vitamin evenly all day instead of the "instant blast, then nothing" that is a common feature of regular tablets. Also, she has a problems getting larger pills down and so it would by nice if you would include this information on your label! I occasionally eat plant-based and noticed some gum sensitivity and bleeding (when flossing). With some googling I came across some information about B-12 defiencies... Whenever I'm not eating meat or dairy for more than a couple of days at a time, I take one tablet a day. It has definitely made a difference. Now, I just have to remember to take them each time.

I was told that I was B12 deficient by my doctor, so I take these vitamins daily. I do notice a change in my energy levels when I take this vitamin. After taking these daily for a while, my B12 levels have successfully increased! These are also easy to swallow and vegetarian, which is important to me.

First, I do not know why, but sometimes I find it difficult to buy B12 in 1000mcg & produced by a trusted brand as Nature Made. Pleased that Target had it in stock & at a good price! Some of the benefits of B12; plays a role in helping with red blood cell formation, metabolism & in producing brain chemicals that affect mood and other brain functions. Low levels of B vitamins may be linked to depression. Just my opinion, but I would consult with a doctor before taking any supplements. I would recommend!

A couple years ago, I was diagnosed with a B12 deficiency. Since then, I have been taking expensive B12 supplements purchased from my doctor's office, but these Nature Made vitamins work just as well! No need to buy the expensive supplements anymore!
