Have used this product for years. However the change in the gummy itself is not the best. These are now too rubbery and are all clumped together in the bottle. Time to find another brand that won’t make me work so hard yo get it out of the bottle

This vitamin contains medium triglycerides which can possibly raise your triglycerides in your blood level. If this could be a problem talk to your pharmacist or doctor before taking .

I would love these vitamins EXCEPT they only offer the D3 2,000 IU standalone with strawberry. Since I'm allergic to strawberries, I have to toss half the bottle, which is such a waste. They offer cherry with the ZERO sugar. So, why not with the regular? They have a peach flavor with D3 and K2 that I might try, but the other big problem is the amount of citric acid. Why are they using citric acid when there are plenty of other preservative options that don't include an ingredient that experts now recognize can cause problems for a lot of people?

I do think I need to take him for a longer period of time to really see if the results do happen.

They changed the ingredients and didn't not make ANY indication on the label. I'm so glad I always check ingredients because I would have had an allergic reaction had I taken these vitamins, which I had been taking for a very long time.
