These have magnesium citrate in them. Magnesium glycinate is the form you want for feeling calm/muscle relaxation. The ashwagandha dose isn’t high enough to be effective as shown in clinical studies.

I really wanted to like them because I liked the stress ones, but they are so gross! The taste is terrible. I think I'll just stick with the stress ones and take an ashwaganda supplement.

The taste on the other hand... not so good. They taste like sour raisins. I do enjoy these not giving me a headache like another brand I've taken.

I’m just not a fan of very sweet things of gummies that stick to your teeth. Otherwise, they are good and I find that I am more relaxed at bedtime when I take these vitamins.

I really wanted to like these. I trust the Nature Made brand, so I'm hoping these come in a tablet form. I'm also interested in seeing what other blends they make. Adding a vitamin to your daily routine is a wonderful, simple way to take self care.

I've been under stress lately and my anxiety has been high (whose isn't these days?), so I was hoping these would help, but they didn't. I felt no difference, even though I was consistent in taking them in the morning. I also personally didn't care for the flavor- they are a wild berry flavor, but I didn't get that at all. Plus, I didn't care that they were coated in sugar.

It’s also important to me that these don’t have artificial flavors, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, or synthetic dyes. Ingredients are so important, and supplements are just counterproductive if they contain those sort of ingredients. These gummies are tasty and easy to consume. I’ve been happy with them.

I have taken similar supplements before in tablet form, and I was not sure if these would work as well, but they really did. They helped me feel calm very soon after taking them, and they are also delicious. The only thing that I didn't like so much is that you have to take 2 a day and the bottle goes really quickly.

I can say it gave a calming effect enough to help me relax after a crazy day. Now onto the taste, it taste like crushed up flavored vitamins, rolled in sugar. If that’s ur thing you will like this vitamins!

I've really seen a change. I'm no longer waking up in severe pain and can feel that I'm starting to relax better in the evenings when I take them.

And I think they help. I need to be more consistent but so far I think they are giving me that extra comfort and calm.

I have taken all of these ingredients separately at times and have felt a difference, but these seem like a glorified gummy candy. The taste is great, but they don't provide the calm I was hoping for. I am so disappointed.
