Natural and safe product

Nature Made Dim Supplements stop Hot Flashes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] take one of these every day and they are the only supplement I've tried that helps significantly with my hot flashes. I sleep better. I mainly get one when I go to bed, but it doesn't last very long and then it's over. I find my hot flashes have dramatically decreased during the day, too. This is the first supplement I've taken where I've actually gone through the day and realized I didn't experience one hot flash! Great value compared to other supplements.

Hard to tell with one bottle but ok so far
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So as with any vitamin supplements it's hard to truly tell off a month of trial but I do like them so far. They are big but not unbearable like other vitamins I've had, don't leave a bad taste or chalky texture, and I do feel more energetic but I also have been drinking more water and walking more.

Easy to take supplement

Works great
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used other brands of DIM, trying to improve my Estrogen Metabolism. This one seems to work. My last hormone test showed my Estrogen metabolism was back to normal. I was taking the higher dose of 2 capsules morning and night - 4 capsules per day. Since my test results I have gone back to the standard dose of 2 capsules per day. I will be interested to see what my next test shows. I can recommend this brand!
