I did not like the aftertaste very much,but I liked that the cereal filled me up quite well and I did not get hungry for a while. The ingredients are not very appealing and there is a bit of sugar, so I would not consider it a regular breakfast option.

It doesn't disintegrate immediately after putting in milk like other cereal. This helps keep the crunch which is amazing. I'm glad there is a family size box since it took only a couple days before the whole box was done. The different flavors are noticeable, but not too overpowering; the apple cinnamon is mild in a good way yet distinct to the honey flavor. Overall, an amazing healthy breakfast that my family loves.

It’s crunchy, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced with cinnamon and apple. It doesn’t taste too sweet. I don’t know how to describe it, other than the flavor is perfectly balanced. This is coming from a person who doesn’t like cinnamon and apple flavor in general. I would eat nature valley’s cereal everyday!

I love the texture of cereal as it does not get soft quick so I give A+ to that. Well packaged when received. This will definitely take time to get used to in regards to taste but nonetheless still good to have a nice bowl of in the morning.

It’s not too sweet, which is good for those of us who find some cereals entirely too sweet. I appreciate the fact that it stayed pretty crispy in milk. This reminds me of a granola, so if you like that kind of thing, you’ll probably like this cereal. It’s also good for a quick snack, albeit a bit dry without milk.
