We have always enjoyed the Dark Chocolate Crunchy Bars, however the last two boxes we purchased were not prepared as usual. They were blonde in color instead of chocolate, so we returned to the store.

This was my favorite of your granola bars. I purchased a box today and the first one I opened had zero chocolate. Thinking it was a mistake the next one I opened had so few chocolate bits it isn't worth putting on the package. After reading the other reviews this isn't an accident. This new formula is not worth purchasing. Since this is the only bar I purchase I will not be buying your products.

We’ve had this flavor many times before and when we opened these up it was clear they were totally different. Instead of the dark chocolate rich bars, it looked like the oats and honey with like one chocolate chip in it. The chocolate wasn’t even good. I can’t believe we have to eat 18 of these now. Surprised these made it past the testing phase.

Wake up. Don't you hear what the consumer is saying? Your product was good, now you have become cheap, sacrificing taste & quality. Choc.liquer instead of real choc pieces. I wrote a letter to your Co a while back & have found no change. Such a shame.I have been buying Crunchy Granola bars for 20 yrs. Will buy another product. Overall quality is dwn. Many times, rather stale when date is not expired. Maybe get a new team??

I have been eating a bar a day with lunch for the past 12 years. Over the past few months I noticed that they no longer have the flavor, consistency, and size that I have enjoyed for so long. At first I thought it was poor quality control, but it appears that it is a purposeful move by Nature Valley. I will be looking for a new brand.

I used to really love these nature valley bars. They were a great snack and I’d even eat multiple per day if I was hungry enough. Recently I’ve noticed rhe recipe is different. There are no chocolate pieces in the bar and it doesn’t taste like chocolate at all. Tastes like the normal flavor. I’m really disappointed. These were my favorite snacks and now I won’t be buying them anymore.

These are my go to breakfast EVERY day. But, I’m shopping for a new brand as they no longer have a chocolate taste. And the chocolate tidbits are MIA. Everyone is cutting corners. I refuse to continue buying a lesser product. I’m very disappointed, message me if the chocolate returns and I’ll be back with all 5 star rating.

I have purchased these bars for a long time. In the past year the size has decreased and the recipe has changed. There is no chocolate chunks, the texture has changed and the bars are thin, hard and mostly crumbs. I have weighed several bars and most are 38g or less, rarely are they 42g. Also why was the size change or recipe change not put on box, it’s sneaky and makes the brand untrustworthy. I eat them everyday but the last couple boxes were almost inedible. I will no longer be purchasing these bars.
