You need to be a engineer
My uncle and I couldn't figure out how to adjust the height so he ended up breaking one and using duct tape. Didnt arrive with instructions and I'm absolutely not buying again.

Amazing Trekking Poles
These poles are very sturdy! I've used them on rocky terrain and they've held up really well. They are easy to adjust and give fantastic knee and back support while trekking.
