Ha sido directora de tres grandes clínicas ambulatorias a lo largo de su carrera. Actualmente atiende una consulta privada de psicoterapia en Lexington (Massachusetts), especializada en el tratamiento de parejas y adolescentes. Webb reside en el área de Boston con su esposo y sus dos hijos.
