  • A: If you are looking for something a little bit stronger for the morning times, we recommend Nocciola, or Scuro, and something lighter for the afternoon times, we recommend Vienna Lungo. We also recommend running a priming cycle weekly and descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules whichever comes first.   • A: The variation in the amount of caffeine depends mainly on the green coffee (Robusta contains roughly twice as much caffeine as Arabica), the amount of ground coffee in the capsule, the degree of roasting, and to a lesser extent, the coffee origin. Dark bold slightly bitter

Arpeggio Nespresso pods are not my favorite in the variety pack. I have tried many different flavors. Personally I like smooth, well rounded, bold, and strong. I also like vanilla, caramel, and sometimes the chocolate. Arpeggio is the flavor for those who like a deep dark bitter coffee flavor. It is more intense. I still drink it but for bold and strong yet smooth I go for the Ristretto.

A Staple Classic

Delicious dark roast

The packaging is sleek and compact. I had no issues using it with my nespresso machine. I like to do my lattes with a lot of frothed milk and it turned out nicely with this capsule.

Strong flavour and delicious finish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yes, Nespresso pods aren’t cheap, but they’re easily the most flavourful of any “pod” system and these ones didn’t disappoint! Easily as good as anything from a classic espresso maker. The flavour is rich and balanced without being bitter or pungent. The caffeine boost is good, but not overwhelming! You get a surprising amount of taste from such a tiny package. I also appreciate that these don’t take up too much space in storage.
