A: If you are looking for something a little bit stronger for the morning times, we recommend Nocciola, or Scuro, and something lighter for the afternoon times, we recommend Vienna Lungo. We also recommend running a priming cycle weekly and descaling your machine every three months or 300 capsules whichever comes first. Q: How much caffeine is in each pod?

A: The variation in the amount of caffeine depends mainly on the green coffee (Robusta contains roughly twice as much caffeine as Arabica), the amount of ground coffee in the capsule, the degree of roasting, and to a lesser extent, the coffee origin. Ristretto is my "go to" Nespresso blend for every morning. This is the one to enjoy if you like bold and rich flavor but not "over roasted." You will enjoy it
