***DO NOT ORDER THIS BUNDLE*** I ordered this as a mobile order pickup and when I got home and set it up, it did not have the milk frother in the bundle as it said it did in the description. I called customer service and they will not give me my milk frother without having to completely take down the nespresso after setting it up, and returning the whole thing. Exactly a yr after purchasing this, the machine stopped working completely. Two months prior, it would stall and I had to restart to start the machine to make it work. Terrible machine. The last Nespresso machine I had lasted 6 yrs!

5 year life span.
I received this as a gift about 5 years ago, it just died. I spoke to a technical specialist, they said it was an electrical issue and could not be fixed. I then spoke to a supervisor who said, "That is an appropriate life span for this machine. We do have other (more expensive) machines which last longer." He offered me a discount towards the purchase of a new machine. When I asked why I should add my dead machine to my landfill/recycling bin only to have to do the same thing eventually with the next Nespresso, he said "That is the best I can do." ----- To continue: After I saw the response from Nespresso: (....Rest assured that we'll be happy to further assist you via live chat on our website....) I reached out one again through the chat. And this was the response: "Please note that as agents from the digital chat, we can only share with you troubleshooting steps that you may follow to try fixing your machine." So, it was a total waste of time. Plus my initial chat was disconnected, so I spend a total of another 30 minutes with Nespresso only to be now futher ahead.

Don't buy this model
If you're shopping for a Nespresso machine do NOT buy this one. I've gone through two Vertuo Next machines in a three year span and both have stopped working due to a mechanical water pump issue. I can't tell you how many pods have been wasted because the machine will randomly stop working despite being perfectly fine the previous day. I love the taste and quality of Nespresso coffee and I've already purchased a different model, but I have to say I'm disappointed that their machines barely last for two years. For a company that prides itself on recycling and sustainability they should be more dedicated to creating a longer lasting product and avoiding their machines ending up in landfills.

Great machine
I’ve had this system for about 6 months and it’s a great coffee maker. The only con is the frother, even if you put it under the max line it still will leak. I suggest the machine and purchase a separate milk frother

What? LOVE this machine!!
Works GREAT!! Comes with some delicious coffee pods, and the frother. I bought the Starbucks sample packs, and they come out delicious! Only comment I'd make is that the water tank *could* be larger, or more visible. Other than that, LOVE IT!! Teriffic machine! I'd HIGHLY recommend it!!

Don't waste your money
Have just had another one fail which is my second machine in 3 years - outrageous when you take into account the price and reputable manufacturer. Be mindful when you get a replacement it takes over the balance of the warranty so although this one has fallen well short of the 2 year warranty it's for the dump. I enjoy Nespressos coffee so will probably have to get a higher quality model and hope it doesn't happen again.

Très déçu
Très déçu de cette machine. Fermeture nécessite d’appliquer de la force. Pas de créma persistante, disparaît au bout de quelques minutes. Café pas assez chaud. Le résultat ressemble à un café filtre (au prix de Nespresso…). Plastique fragile. Très bon service après-vente de Nespresso, garantie de satisfaction la machine est retournée.

Machines life expectancy is not acceptable
We got one of these, and the lid was difficult to close from day one, you needed 2 hands. We didn't know that was normal until we used a friends. Once it's a year old, the constant flashing lights and maintenance it requires is not acceptable. They need to allow you to send these off to a specialist maintenance tradesman. These machines should last at least 3 years imo.
