My kids love this mix, which helps fill the gaps in their diet restrictions. They do not enjoy Boost flavor, which is recommended in lue of Breakfast Essentials. This mix has been a staple in our household, and we need it for optimal health.

Love Carnation
We have been drinking Carnation Instant Breakfast in our house for years. I wish you sold the classic French vanilla or strawberry in the canister since we aren't chocolate fans. We would buy it more if we could get it this way.

Protein
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great as a favor base for a protein smoothie. With 13 grams of protein, it's a great way to add more protein into your day without having to have an actual meal. Be careful if you are on a low sugar diet because the sugar content is not low, but it's needed to have great flavor I guess. You could probably get away with using half a packet. I'm sure the flavor won't be lacking. It's worth a try, especially as a pre / post workout protein packed drink.

The packaging is convenient as each one is packed in an individual pouch so they are great for travel.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carnation breakfast essentials, nutritional powder drink mix and strawberry sensation. Flavor is amazing. It has 13 g of protein 21 vitamins and minerals three times vitamin D versus milk and also three times calcium versus Greek yogurt. It taste really good. It’s an excellent source of protein 40% of daily value of calcium to help build strong bones 20% Daily value of iron which helps blood deliver oxygen to the body 100% daily value of vitamin C and 50% daily value of vitamin D, which are absolutely key for immune support 220 rich calories for additional nutritional energy and it taste really really good.
