Q: Why is the tube almost dried out EVERY TIME I purchase? Was not that way years ago. Have to add eye drops to the tube to get enough product to even use. Keep hoping it’s a fluke, but every tube I buy is the same.

I normally use Clinique high impact mascara because I have sensitive eyes. I was trying to find something more cost effective so thought I’d try it. It went on nicely but as soon as my eyes watered and it got in my eyes they burned for about a day. It’s a no for me. Might work for you if you don’t have sensitive eyes.

The applicator bristles are too long and brush like - product can’t be adequately applied to lashes. I would return but it is coming up as “not eligible for return” when I try the “fix an issue” from my order.

You cannot go wrong with this mascara. It lasts a long time and makes my eyelashes appear longer and fuller. Since it’s waterproof, it is a little difficult to remove.

I have been using this mascara for almost 10 years! It leaves my lashes feeling feather LIGHT, they don't clump, and the feel natural while still making it look like you have fake lashes. I'm afraid they are discontinuing it though so I've been stocking up. I've tried the new mascara they just released but it's mid at best. The new wand makes it clump and the formula feels hard once it dries.
