Do not like new formula, awful scent even though it’s fragrance free

It works but my skin is pealing, they need to put a warning to be cautious using with other acne treatments

It doesn’t make my skin feel clean after using it. I’ve been using the original one for years and thought I’d try it out because I prefer unscented products, but this one is not even close to the original one. My face feels very oily still after using it. Doesn’t have the same cleaning power as the original one. Wouldn’t recommend.

My skin broke out more while using this. It didn’t feel stripping though. I got blackheads too. I prefer their “ultra gentle foaming cleanser”.

Always use this and would recommend this

This helped my hormonal acne stay at bay while helping my oily skin as well. It has a smell but it's from the plastic container . Other than that it works great and is good for sensitive skin as well!

Where is your Neutrogena face wash cream??????

First I had small little pimples and then a couple of bigger ones around my nose. The smell is an alcohol smell, they should have put a fragrance. I did use this for a week with everyday cleaning but I had to stop once I saw that my NEW pimples were becoming buddies lol.

I had relatively high expectations for this cleanser, as I've used other products in neutrogena's acne wash line in the past. While my skin felt clean after use, I found this to be extremely drying. I felt like I started breaking out with acne that I didn't have before and was often double moisturizing afterward, which is not a normal need for me. The product also had a particularly strong and somewhat unpleasant smell that I found extremely off-putting.
