This is one of my favorite eye makeup removers. It isn’t greasy like some others. I even use it on a cotton swab to clean up any mistakes I might make, especially liquid liner on my lower eye lids.

I like this product because it gets the job done. I just use a cotton swab or cotton pad, put a little product on it and wipe away. I will say it can leave your face a little greasy, so I asked for a micellar  water unless I’m using waterproof mascara.

Although it says oil free it leaves your skin feeling supple and clean. A little “oily” feeling, not sure from what but doesn’t leave your eye dry!

Was looking for something to fully remove my eye makeup especially when I use anything water proof. It did get the make up off but I had to do a lot of rubbing with my cotton pad. I don’t like tugging at the skin around my eyes since it’s the thinnest on the face so I stopped using the profit and switch to a cleansing balm that did the same thing in a more gents fashion

I like that this product removes all of my eye makeup and I’m not left waking up with weird raccoon eyes from residue that didn’t come off completely. It’s quick and effective without feeling gross (I don’t like how oily products feel on my eyes). I do normally use a wipe to remove any excess of the product because even though it is not oily it does tend to linger on your skin. Highly recommend especially if you tend to wear a lot of eye makeup.

I have been using this stuff for years. It works well and does the job. My only feedback is it does leave your skin kind of oily and if you don’t get it fully off your under eye for example your mascara can smudge as you blink. But works well and use it everyday.

Finally!! A makeup remover that actually works! I've been hoarding my last bit of Cover Girl Clean makeup remover since they discontinued it several years ago. It was the only thing that took off all of my waterproof mascara. I've tried several products that SAY they remove ''even stubborn waterproof mascara'' but they don't ... L'Oreal CleanArtiste, Almay's Wipe It Never Happened, and several different brands of makeup remover pads - none of which worked very well. I had to use so much of it and had to wipe over and over again and it still left traces. The Neutrogena worked fast and took it all off....every bit! I'm so impressed!
