Great, but not for sensitive skin
I do like how well the product works on your skin, as it does get the makeup out. I do feel some irritation but I also have really sensitive skin. I think it would work well for people who don’t have such sensitive skin, as it’s an oily finish and I don’t respond well to oils. Other than that it works well for what it is!

I love this product to remove makeup from my eyes, it removes everything even the strongest masks. This bottle has a good amount, it lasts a long time. It doesn't irritate me and has no smell. It's very compatible with my skin. In the bottle come all the instructions on how to use it.

Love this eye makeup remover. I soak it on a cotton pad and hold it over my eye to break down my eyeliner and mascara and it wipes away so easily without being harsh on my eye. I love that it’s unscented and removes waterproof mascara. It’s very slippery so it won’t tug on my delicate eye area. I have really sensitive eyes that gets irritated and a lot of products burn but this one doesn’t

Although these are for your eyes, if you get it in your eye, it will hurt so make sure to be careful about that but otherwise it works pretty well and gets all of your makeup off. It is a strong product.

Gentle makeup remover
I really like this eye makeup remover. It removes mascara and eye makeup gently without burning or stinging my eyes which is huge for me. It feels lightweight and doesn’t leave a greasy residue even though it gets the job done. I did have to use a little extra for waterproof mascara which is why I gave it four stars instead of five.

I used this eye makeup remover for a long time and it did a really good job removing waterproof mascara without stinging my eyes. It’s effective and easy to use, but I did notice it can leave a bit of a greasy residue, especially if you use more than needed. I eventually switched to micellar water for a lighter feel, but this is still a solid option if you want something that removes stubborn eye makeup reliably.

I love this eye makeup remover. It’s gentle and effective on regular or waterproof mascara. I tried going without using this and just did facial cleanser and water. That was a big mistake because it caused drying on my eyelid. I went back to using this makeup remover and no problem with drying.

The science behind this is amazing! As long as you remember to SHAKE THE BOTTLE THOROUGHLY this eye makeup remover is incredible! Seriously though, shake the bottle thoroughly, not just a little, give it a good 6 second shake. You don't have to press hard or rub on your skin, it really does melt your makeup away effortlessly. I highly recommend if you wear eye makeup!

Oily and irritating
This makeup remover removes all makeup. Stubborn waterproof eye makeup, eyelash glue, everything. But I find it very irritating and oily. I started using a cleansing balm instead.

This is by far my favorite eye makeup remover! These is no oily residue and my skin does feel soft! It cleans up my eye makeup so quickly, very effective in my product! It’s a great strength but doesn’t hurt your face! After using my face it nice and clean with a fresh appearance!

Just say no!
Another Neutrogena makeup remover that burned and dried my skin. The alcohol-free version is no different. It hurt so much that I threw them in the garbage. The formula was not effective at removing waterproof makeup and I had to use more than one sheet to remove my waterproof mascara only to still find excess residue. Since I threw this product out, I posted another product that is not perfect but at least it doesn’t burn my eyes and dry my skin.

Best makeup remover
This is my 3rd repurchase and I honestly will never go back. I would always struggle to take off my waterproof mascara, but with this it takes it off at an instant. It is a bit oily so i recommended that you just use some water right after. Other than that it’s amazing
