Neutrogena Revitalizing Lip Balm

This was my favorite lip balm for like 12 years. The new package/reformulation that is not the black tube, now tastes like a mouthful of SPF. And its very hard to get rid of that taste when wiped off. The colors and texture are also more sheer and less moisturizing. Very very bummed. RIP ⚰️

New formula is awful. The taste is odd, and it makes my lips feel dry, feeling like I need to reapply after just a few minutes. I've been using the old formula for a long time. It was lovely - great color, easy to apply, and lasted a good long while. I thought maybe it was just me or that I bought the wrong thing, but I see now I'm not alone. I also see on the packaging that the new ingredients are not the same. Please bring back the old formula. I don't want to have to find a new lip color. P.s. I never write reviews. That's how strongly I feel about this one.

This was the perfect lip balm until you changed the formula !!!!! Color and INGREDIENTS are different. Please bring back the original, i used the original formula every day all day. this is horrible.

Love this lip balm! And I love that it has an SPF in it! It’s very nice with a sheer wash of color. And it smells nice! Also you cannot beat the value!!!

This lip balm gives me the spf protection I need year round as I have sensitive skin and my lips can burn easily. I trust the ingredients with a brand like neutrogena. The texture is creamy giving my lips a hydrated feel that lasts and a beautiful sheen that works with my minimalist make up style.

Horrible now, used to be great. The formula changed and now it leaves an awful chemical taste in your mouth

Has a tint. Bring back the ORIGINAL Norwegian formula lip balm. I don’t need tinted lap balm when cycling, skiing, etc.

I really love this lip balm! The texture is smooth and moisturizing without feeling sticky. It gives my lips a soft tint and a natural healthy glow. The SPF 20 protection is perfect for everyday use, especially in sunny weather. It also smells pleasant and feels lightweight on the lips. i loved the OLD lip balm in black container. The new one in pink dispenser is UNUSABLE.! There is a HORRIBLE taste!!!

This has been my go-to lip color and balm for many years. The new formula is totally different, not at all agreeable, tastes weird and chemical, and the color is not even close to the original (healthy blush.) Please return to the old formulation! This new balm is terrible!!

I used this product for years and recently purchased it in the new packaging. it has a horrible taste. apparently there was a change to ingredients this year. please bring back the old version. i am forced to find my new go to for daily lip care.

I really like this lip balm! It feels super smooth and moisturizing on my lips without being sticky. I love that it has SPF 20, so it protects my lips from the sun while keeping them soft. The scent is very light and pleasant, and the packaging is simple but practical. I’ve noticed my lips look healthier and slightly more pink after a few days of use. Did they change Formula? The colors are more brownish and the taste is awful. I bought 3 different colors, and they all look brown and taste Terrible.

Sheer shimmer and soft caramel have been my go to lip balms for years. Bought the new packaging not realizing there s anew formula! Boo! Terrible taste! Wears differently and absolutely no shimmer! Have lost a long time customer! Wasted my money! These are going in the trash!

The ingredients list includes broad-spectrum sun filters (Avobenzone, Homosalate, Octocrylene) for SPF 20 protection, plus moisturizing inactives like petrolatum, shea butter and waxes to help smooth lips. In terms of effectiveness, it does a good job at making lips feel hydrated and improving texture within a week or so, and the added sun protection is a bonus for daytime wear. On the flip side, the tint is very light (so if you want something with bold colour payoff you might be disappointed) and you’ll likely need to reapply fairly often. For the value, considering you’re getting a trusted brand plus both colour hint and SPF protection, it feels like a worthwhile purchase in the drugstore category—even if it doesn’t replace a true lipstick or heavy lip treatment.

I absolutely love this lip oil! The texture feels great on my lips and it’s so easy to apply. I looked at the ingredients are clean and there’s no scent so it doesn’t leave my lips feeling chalky. I love that there has sun protection in this and the packaging is very appealing. I highly recommend this.

Neutrogena lip balm has a good texture. İt is effective in its composition and smells very good. The packaging is beautiful. İ recommend it to all our women.
