Great Oil!
I absolutely love this lip oil! The texture feels great on my lips and it’s so easy to apply. I looked at the ingredients are clean and there’s no scent so it doesn’t leave my lips feeling chalky. I love that there has sun protection in this and the packaging is very appealing. I highly recommend this.

Unusable
This was my favorite lip balm for many years. The new formula makes it unusable. Leaves an unbearably gross taste in your mouth. I have to brush my teeth or chew gum to get rid of it. So disappointed.

I could tell that the formula for this product changed immediately. I have been using this product for years and am SO disappointed in this adjustment. The scent and flavor is off. It tastes so strongly of spf and chemicals that there is no way I can use it. This was a staple product of mine for so long and I am so upset about this change.

New formula is terrible
I’ve used this lip balm for 12 years. When I ran out of my current tube. I went to buy a new one, I was so nervous once I saw the new packaging. Made me wonder if they messed with the formula. Unfortunately they did, to say I’m disappointed is under statement. This has been my tried and true lip balm since I was 17 years old. It now has a weird smell, it feels very greasy on the lips, and the color is NOT the same. It’s a sheer pink now. Instead of the dark plum color it was before. Don’t know that I will find anything like this ever again. Have you all ever heard of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it?

Terrible reformulation
such a terrible disappoint to find that you have reformulated a perfect product. For many years i have used “Revitalizing Lip Balm Spf 20" in sheer shimmer. Your new formula—still representing itself as sheer shimmer-is a different and unpleasant color and taste. I used to stockpile these little treasures and have them in every bag. No more. I vote for a return to the old formula. (Sorry for the all caps-website is doing the yelling, not me. Although i am disappointed!)
