such a terrible disappoint to find that you have reformulated a perfect product. For many years i have used “Revitalizing Lip Balm Spf 20" in sheer shimmer. Your new formula—still representing itself as sheer shimmer-is a different and unpleasant color and taste. I used to stockpile these little treasures and have them in every bag. No more. I vote for a return to the old formula. (Sorry for the all caps-website is doing the yelling, not me. Although i am disappointed!)

I have used the original formula in the black tube for many years. This new version is super drying and makes my lips peel very badly. It's concerning not knowing what changed. I had to stop using it. Please bring back the original formula. It was perfect.

I was a huge fan of the original lip balm in the black packaging. It was hydrating, tasteless, and had a lovely tint, making it my go-to replacement for all lipsticks for years. However, I tried the new formula and was disappointed by its unpleasant taste. I returned it and now have to search for a comparable alternative. Please bring back the original formula!

This was my go-to for over a decade, but the formula changed in 2025 and now tastes gross - and the gross taste stays in your mouth all day. If you sort reviews by "most recent", you'll see most people are unhappy with the new version. (NOte the old version comes in the black case.) Please bring back the old taste-free formula!

I had the original one that came in a black tube. This current version is inferior to the original. They changed the formula and it’s a much softer stick so it’s waxier on the lips and gets smushed on the tube. The main reason I get this product is I wanted a tinted SPF balm. The color is good but do not like the consistency changes. It will probably make me use up the tube faster now. If I didn’t have the original to compare it to, I might have felt differently about it.

If you get the tiniest bit on your tongue, it taste so strong of sunscreen also. Seriously, so terrible and frustrating. WHY try to improve something that’s already perfect and has worked for years?!
