This has been my go-to lip color and balm for many years. The new formula is totally different, not at all agreeable, tastes weird and chemical, and the color is not even close to the original (healthy blush.) Please return to the old formulation! This new balm is terrible!!

I really like this lip balm! It feels super smooth and moisturizing on my lips without being sticky. I love that it has SPF 20, so it protects my lips from the sun while keeping them soft. Unusable
This was my favorite lip balm for many years. The new formula makes it unusable. Leaves an unbearably gross taste in your mouth. I have to brush my teeth or chew gum to get rid of it. So disappointed.

I could tell that the formula for this product changed immediately. I have been using this product for years and am SO disappointed in this adjustment. The scent and flavor is off. New formula is terrible
I’ve used this lip balm for 12 years. When I ran out of my current tube. I went to buy a new one, I was so nervous once I saw the new packaging. Made me wonder if they messed with the formula. Unfortunately they did, to say I’m disappointed is under statement. This has been my tried and true lip balm since I was 17 years old. It now has a weird smell, it feels very greasy on the lips, and the color is NOT the same. It’s a sheer pink now. Instead of the dark plum color it was before. Don’t know that I will find anything like this ever again. Have you all ever heard of if it ain’t broke don’t fix it?
