I really like the way the bottle was shape and it had a nice smell. I really like the way my skin felt and look after using it. I really love the way it's not too strong and it feels really good on my face when I use in the mornings. It does a good job of the exfoliating and moisturizing my skin.

I am so upset that Neutrogena formulated this facial cleanser with C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, which is a known skin and eye irritant, as the second ingredient in this cleanser! My eyes were burning and watering every time I used it and I was stumped as to why, because I believed in Neutrogena, and trusted them to create products that would be kind and gentle to my skin. After researching the ingredients and finally discovering that the C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate was the culprit for my burning eye woes, I feel angry and duped by the reputation of a brand I once trusted. After seeing the MSDS sheet for this chemical and the hazards associated with skin and eye contact, I just can’t understand how Neutrogena could create skin care products with this ingredient. Neutrogena, you have lost my trust.

DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! Absolutely destroyed my skin and sucked all the moisture out!! After one use I ended up having to get steroids / steroids cream to take the swelling and redness away it was so bad.

Even with just using this once a day, after almost 3 months my skin is SO SOFT! My texture has even improved. My skin is baby soft and hydrated! Over all an amazing cleanser and will definitely purchase again.

This stuff really works! After using this for 2 months straight, there is a really noticable difference. My skin texture has improved a lot and when I say my face is baby soft... it's crazy how soft my skin is. I also feel like it made my combination skin more moisturized as well and more ready to accept serums too. I'd give it a 9/10.

I got this product one month ago and I really don’t love it. I had higher expectations. I don’t like the smell it has and sometimes it dries my skin. I used to use cerave hydrating cleanser but after I had covid my skin became super greasy and my old cleanser wasn’t cutting it anymore so I tried this and after just a couple days my acne and flakiness that I’ve struggled with for years has cleared up a lot.

I decided to give this a try and deeply regret it. I have sensitive skin that can get oily at times so thought this would work great. Within two days of using this product my eyes got super puffy like I was having an allergic reaction to something, I didn’t immediately think that it was this product so I kept using it. I am now about 10 days in and I have never broken out this bad in my entire life, I also have scaly patches on my nose and my lips have been chapped for a week. The only thing that could possibly be causing all of these issues at the same time is my switch to this face wash.
