Newair® Countertop Ice Maker, Bullet Ice

Everything is great a little loud but not sure what to expect the only thing that was disappointing is the ice melts quickly so it need to be moved from basket to freezer but from what I have read this is a problem with most units and this unit is known to be colder than most otherwise we love it in a couple hours per day I fill several quart size bags that last all day

I appreciate the packaging, it's really wrapped amazing. I was very impressed with the sizes of the ice. The stainless steel is what I chose and It's going to work great for parties this year. I love the modern design too. Definitely worth the purchase.

The Newair AI-100r is a great machine if you are looking for an ice maker that can create large ice cubes at a very high rate. If you are looking for something to host a small get together, or just be sure to not run low on your drink-cooling measures, this is a perfect machine. I also need to note how quiet it is without harping on it too much. Other machines I have used can be a bit distracting. The only faults I see here is the discoloration in the plastic and the color of the ice, which let's be honest, isn't much of a downfall at all.

I've had 3 of the nugget makers. none lasted more than 6 months. and now they won't stand behind warranty.

Out of this tiny box? Yeah, okay. Well, first, it's not small. It's no behemoth, but it is about the size of a bread maker, Second, this Newair does for a fact crank out 26 pounds of ice in a day. Now, I've only made medium-size ice, so I can't comment on the large or small claims, nut I am happy with the medium size ice this machine gives me.

My ice machine stopped producing ice and I contacted customer service. My machine was led than a year old. No questions asked, I provided the necessary documentation and I have a new ice machine on the way. Fern was excellent and helpful. Thank you.
