loving it!! I've been putting off getting a new one , but this one had a good name so I gave it a try. This morning , it's small and it doesn't have a handle , so if you want to carry it to parties and whatnot , that's one thing I don't like my other one had a handle. So far, it's making the ice great.I have learned from reading all the reviews that from now on.I'm gonna use cold water.Keep water inside your ice box and use that it will make your ice colder, he also recommend the first couple of batches of cold ice.You get put in the water to make it colder.People say that these machines don't keep their ice cold, but I think they do.I think it depends on how often you open the lid and just keep on adding cold water.So far , i'm really digging it here in hilo , hawaii

no longer works, bought it in march and its begining of july and no longer works. IT is not ran all day either, been regularly washed and clean as well, never stored when not in use with water still in it. unfortunately its also outside the window of return can do so no longer able to return.

Loud, doesnt work properly
Extremely loud sound every 5-7 minutes. It stops working and you’ll have to turn it off, then back on to make one SMALL batch of ice cubes. Not worth the money at all!

Do not waste your money!
I purchased two. I purchased one for my home and one for the office. Both items stopped making ice shortly after I purchased them. Due to my busy schedule, I was not able to take them back to the store in a timely manner, which is not the store‘s fault by any means, but the fact that I purchased two different items from two different stores and they both stopped working the same exact way, tells me that it’s not the location. It’s not me. It would actually be the product itself.
